Before the astonished eyes of everyone, she successfully healed the patient, but she also felt extremely exhausted. When she returned home, everyone was already waiting for her and said, “Congratulations on your successful appointment, Arina. There will be a celebration for you later!”
Arina smiled lightly and replied, “I’m a bit tired today, so I think I’ll rest for a while. Don’t forget to invite Brion later, Father.”
While she was sleeping, the nurse called her to get ready for the party. Exactly one minute and thirty seconds later, the nurse had helped her change into her attire. Before she even understood what was going on, she was being pulled downstairs by the servants. When she saw Brion, she jumped toward him, but she suddenly felt someone holding her back. When she turned around, she was startled by a distorted face.
She screamed in fear, but upon closer inspection, she realized it wasn’t someone unfamiliar — it was the crown prince. He immediately mocked her, saying, “No intimacy between men and women.” Since he was really annoying to look at, Arina couldn’t hold back and kicked him. Fortunately, the party was starting right at that moment, so she was spared from more of his teasing.
The party wasn’t anything special, and after eating, she quickly escaped to her room. She was planning to rest when she noticed a letter under her pillow. As she lifted the blanket, she was startled to find Lia lying there, saying, “You should prepare. Tomorrow, when you wake up, you’ll be going straight to six years later.”
Arina panicked and asked, “Why is that?”
The system replied, “The system master requested it. I don’t know the reason. I’m just the intermediary system.”
