Blind Date
Blind Date
Mar 24, 2025
Meesha's heart was racing as she was pulled deeper into the café. She had no idea what lay ahead, but she knew one thing for sure - she was not ready to let go of Xanqer.
As they approached the table, Kira released her grip on Meesha's arm. Meesha straightened herself, her elegant posture a testament to her modeling training. Kira nodded towards the man seated at the table. "That's your blind date over there," she said, a smile on her face.
Meesha said, "Kira, I've told you I'm not interested in blind dates."
Kira's expression turned stubborn. "I don't care. Go there right now."
Meesha hesitated, and Kira's eyes glinted with a warning. "Do you want me to pull you there?"
Meesha shook her head, remembering the steel-like grip Kira had exhibited earlier. "Okay, I'll go," she said, resigned.
With a smile, Kira released Meesha, and she made her way to the table. Her heels clicked on the floor, and the man looked up, noticing her approach. He stood up, a charming smile spreading across his face, and extended his hand for a handshake.
Meesha's eyes scanned him, taking in his tailored suit and confident demeanor. He looked like a businessman, but Meesha wasn't impressed. She ignored his outstretched hand and pulled out the chair, sitting down with a jaded look on her face.
The man didn't take offense, instead, he sat down, his smile still plastered on his face. "Hi, I'm Ryan," he said, introducing himself. "I'm the CEO of Smith and Co."
Meesha raised an eyebrow, her expression unimpressed. "That's nice," she said. "And how much is your net worth?" she asked, her eyes glinting with curiosity.
Ryan's eyes widened, taken aback by her blunt question. But he recovered quickly, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "I'd say it's around $150 million," he replied, his voice confident.
Meesha's eyebrows shot up, a look of satisfaction crossing her face. She leaned back in her seat, sipping her coffee, her eyes never leaving Ryan's face.
The air was thick with tension, and Ryan seemed taken aback by Meesha's forthright demeanor. But Meesha didn't care; she was determined to make this blind date as uncomfortable as possible.
Ryan tried to make conversation, asking Meesha about her interests and hobbies. But Meesha's attitude and expression remained indifferent, her face a mask of boredom. She replied to his questions with monosyllabic answers, her voice devoid of enthusiasm.
Ryan, however, seemed determined to break through Meesha's defenses. He asked her about her modeling career, and Meesha shrugged, her shoulders barely rising off the chair. "It's okay, I guess," she said, her voice dripping with apathy.
Ryan's eyes sparkled with amusement, but Meesha's expression remained unyielding. He tried again, asking her about her favorite travel destinations. Meesha sighed, her eyes rolling heavenward. "I don't really have one," she said, her voice flat.
The conversation was stilted, with Ryan trying to draw Meesha out and Meesha resisting his efforts. The air was thick with tension, and Ryan's smile began to falter. But he refused to give up, asking Meesha question after question in an attempt to break through her defenses.
Meesha, however, remained unmoved. She sipped her coffee, her expression a mask of indifference.
Ryan tried and tried to impress Meesha, but she remained unmoved. He told her about his business ventures, his philanthropic efforts, and his love of adventure. But Meesha's expression remained indifferent, her eyes fixed on some point beyond Ryan's shoulder.
Just when Ryan thought he was getting nowhere, Meesha suddenly spoke up. "Do you really have what it takes to date me?" she asked, her voice dripping with challenge.
Ryan was taken aback by her question, but he quickly recovered. "Yes, I do," he said, his confidence unwavering.
Meesha raised an eyebrow, a hint of a smile playing on her lips. "Okay, you'll have some responsibilities then."
Ryan's eyes narrowed, unsure of what Meesha had in mind. "Responsibilities?" he repeated, his voice cautious.
Meesha nodded, her expression serious. "Yes. Can you take care of them?" she asked, her eyes glinting with challenge.
Ryan hesitated for a moment, unsure of what he was getting himself into. But his desire to impress Meesha won out in the end. "Yes, I will," he said, his voice firm. "I'll give you anything you want."
Meesha tilted her head satisfactorily. "Okay. I'll list them out for you."
Ryan's eyes widened, unsure of what he had just gotten himself into. But he was determined to see it through, no matter what.
Meesha leaned forward, "First, my daily skincare routine costs $100," she said, her voice matter-of-fact.
Ryan nodded, his eyes widening slightly at the cost. "Okay," he said, his voice cautious.
Meesha smiled, a hint of triumph in her eyes. "That's not all," she said, her voice dripping with amusement. "I have a whole list of requirements that you'll need to fulfill if you want to date me."
Ryan's leaned forward, his eyes locked on Meesha's. "I'm ready," he said, his voice firm. "Tell me the rest."
Meesha smiled, "I also require a personal shopping assistant to help me pick out outfits and accessories, with a budget of $10,000 per month."
Ryan's eyes widened, but he nodded. "I can handle that."
Meesha continued, "I also take spa treatments twice a week with a budget of $50,000 per month."
Ryan's eyes nearly popped out of his head, but he nodded again. "I'll make it happen."
"I also pay my assistant $8,000 per month, can you handle it?" she asked, her eyebrow arched.
Ryan hesitated for a moment, but then nodded. "Yes, I can handle it."
Meesha's smiled. "And finally, I require a luxury car, such as a Mercedes-Benz or a BMW, with a budget of $100,000 per year."
Ryan's eyes were wide with shock, but he nodded again. "I'll buy you the car," he said, his voice firm.
Meesha leaned back in her chair, a satisfied smile on her face. "Good," she said, her voice dripping with amusement. "I'm glad we understand each other."
As Ryan's eyes looked into Meesha's, he felt a twinge of uncertainty. It was a lot of responsibility, after all. But he pushed the doubt aside and asked, "So, does this mean we're officially a couple now?"
"Not yet," she said sharply, her voice dripping with nonchalance. "I'll decide on that later."
Ryan felt a pang of disappointment, but he nodded anyway. Meesha stood up, her movements graceful and fluid. "I'll leave now," she said, her voice dismissive.
Ryan watched as she walked out of the café, her sky-blue hair catching the sunlight. He felt a sense of relief wash over him, but also a sense of uncertainty. What had he just gotten himself into?
Supermodel Meesha Dasilva awaits the return of a handsome, cold-hearted Lycan she had fallen madly in love with. Dating and love had become meaningless to her, as she waited patiently for him.
He finally returned in an unexpected visit, but with a sole mission. His mission: Kill Meesha before the night of the full moon.
Having already gained her trust, all that was left was to carry out the deed.
However, he found himself falling deeply in love with her, forgetting his mission and unable to bring himself to kill her.
Now, his mission has changed: Kill anyone who tries to hurt Meesha.
"Please, forgive me. Please. I shouldn't have hurt Meesha, I should have known better than to cross your path." The leader begged, his voice trembling with fear.
"Don't you know the saying? 'A snake that dares to strike a lion's cub must be prepared to face the lion's wrath," he said, his voice dripping with venom.
Despite his protectiveness towards Meesha, there's still one thing he can't ignore. Even if he doesn't want to kill her, on the night of the full moon, his instincts will definitely take over, and he'll be driven by a singular desire: to kill Meesha.
Will their love survive the full moon, or will his instincts tear them apart?
