Chapter 2.
The Four Kingdoms.
In the confines of a vast and ancient world, there existed four kingdoms, each with its own magic and mystery. These kingdoms, although distinct in their essences, were intertwined by invisible threads of power and destiny.
The Celestial Kingdom was located beyond the clouds, in the heights where the rays of the sun always shone brightly. This kingdom was a paradise of light and crystal, inhabited by ethereal beings known as the Celestials. These winged beings possessed unmatched beauty and a pure heart.
It was said that their laughter could heal any pain and that their tears could grant wishes. The Celestials lived in harmony, using the orchid crystals to preserve the peace and prosperity of their kingdom.
The Aquatic Realm stretched beneath the depths of the ocean, a vast submerged world where the waters were as clear as crystal and as deep as mystery itself.
The inhabitants of the Aquatic Realm, known as the Tridents, were beings who could breathe both in the water and on the surface. Their underwater cities were built of bright coral and giant pearls.
The Tridents were known for their artistic skills and deep knowledge of music and dance. They offered petrified works of puffer fish, a tribute of great value that symbolized their desire to impress and conquer.
The Realm of Darkness lay in the darkest depths, a place where shadows were eternal and light rarely ventured. This realm was ruled by the Demons, powerful and feared beings who possessed dark abilities and an unbreakable will.
The shadows were their allies, and they used immortal star dust to strengthen their magic and expand their domain. Despite their terrible reputation, the demons valued strength, strategy, and respect for each other, creating a structured society respected by the other realms.
The Fairy Kingdom, also known as the Earth Kingdom, was a place of magic and nature in its purest form. Fairies lived in harmony with the forests, rivers, and mountains. Every flower, every tree, and every creature was an integral part of their existence.
Fairies were born from the rustling of flowers during eclipses, a sacred event that occurred rarely, making each fairy a unique and precious being. They took care of the reproduction of the inhabitants of the other realms, harvesting from the first meteor shower and using the tributes from the other realms to nurture the new inhabitants.
Despite their differences, the four realms coexisted in a delicate balance. Yet beneath the surface of that apparent peace, ancient resentments and conflicts were never truly forgotten.
The tension between the kingdoms was palpable, and any spark could unleash a storm that threatened to break that fragile balance.
Amidst this complex web of power and magic, the destinies of the kingdoms' inhabitants were woven by invisible threads, leading them towards paths they could not yet foresee.
However, an ancient legend spoke of an event that could change everything, an event where the souls of two different species would recognize each other and defy the laws established by time and the universe to unite into a single being that would balance love, peace, and harmony, but also hatred, death, and agony.
