Chapter 2.
The Roar of Vengeance.
Night had fallen upon the sea, but Morgana the Bloodthirsty's anger burned like an unquenchable fire. She had lost a battle against Marcus "The Stormy," and more than that, she had lost something of incalculable value: the Scarlet Ring.
That ring was not only a symbol of her power, but also possessed an ancient magic that Morgana had sworn to protect with her life.
Standing on the deck of her ship, "The Crimson Fury," Morgana watched the horizon with eyes full of rage. Her crew worked in silence, aware of the storm brewing in their captain's heart.
Marcus will pay for this, Morgana muttered, clenching her fists until her nails dug into her palms. Not only has he defied me, he has dared to steal what is rightfully mine.
Dorian, wounded, but still loyal to Morgana after her betrayal of Marcus, cautiously approached. Captain, ¿what orders do we have? The crew is ready for whatever is necessary.
Morgana looked at him, her eyes burning with a suppressed fury. We will prepare for a revenge that Marcus will never forget. Gather the most loyal men and sharpen your swords. This time, we will leave no loose ends.
As the sailors of The Crimson Fury prepared, Morgana retreated to her cabin. She stared at the empty chest where she used to keep the Scarlet Ring. The anger in her chest grew, but with it, so did a steely determination.
Morgana remembered the last encounter with Marcus. The battle had been brutal, but what angered her the most
Marcus's cunning was enough to steal the ring from right under their noses. He felt that his honor and power had been violated, and he would not rest until he had recovered what belonged to him.
In The Shadow of Thunder, Marcus and Iris were also preparing. They knew that victory over Morgana had only been temporary and that revenge was imminent. Marcus wore the Scarlet Ring on a chain around his neck, aware of its power and the danger it represented.
Iris, we have to be ready, Marcus said as he checked his maps. Morgana will not give up so easily, and we must anticipate her attack.
Iris nodded, her expression grave, but resolute. We will not give her the chance to surprise us. We have to strengthen our defenses and be prepared for the worst.
The sea, always unpredictable, became a battlefield where the echoes of ancient storms resonated loudly. While Morgana plotted her revenge, Marcus and Iris strengthened their alliances and strategies. They knew that the coming confrontation would not only decide the fate of the Scarlet Ring, but also the fate of all who sailed those dangerous waters.
Morgana's fury was palpable, and her desire for revenge had become an obsession. With each preparation, with each order she gave, she came closer to the moment when she could face Marcus and regain her honor.
The sea was calm, but everyone knew that it was the calm before the storm. A storm that would bring with it not only the fury of the elements, but also the unleashed wrath of a captain who would stop at nothing to take back what was hers.
