Yoshida was in his room as it smells like vomit. "I hate being sick... Ah, well. Least I could catch up to Mashle: Magic & Muscles. I should proably call May. Or text her."
Meanwhile, May was at school, bagel in hand. "I wish Yoshida was here..." `
Yoshida texted her, "Have a good day at school."
She texted back, "Thankies! I'm gonna bring you some soup."
"I want some; I'm curious about how it tastes." Yoshida went to the fridge to go get himself some ginger ale. He took a can and walked to his room.
"I wanna make you some ramen soup," she texted him. "I have almost everything I need. I just don't have prawns, so I'll just use shrimp."
Yoshida texted back, "Still, it might taste good. Can't wait."
"I'll be there after school. Also, I have something I wanna tell you when I get there." May put some cream cheese on her everything bagel.
Yoshida cracked open his ginger soda. "This should stettle my stomach," he said to himself, drinking his ginger concoction.
"But I'll see you later; I'm going to class," May texted backk. "I'll bring your homework if any."
"Okay. I'll see you after school," Yoshida teted back. He put his phone down and looked at the TV. "And now, back to Mashle."
...................
May was at Yoshida's door, ramen in hand. His brother Kwesi answered the door. "He's upstairs. Also, wipe your feet; my mom has new carpet."
She wiped her feet and walked upstairs to his room, the air smelling like vomit. "Hi, Yoshda. I've got you some ramen soup."
"Thank you." He took the ramen and started slurping. "This is good! Needs a little chili sauce."
May handed him the chili sauce. "Anyways, I have something to tell you. I have feelings for you. I wanna know if you wanna be my boyfriend."
Yoshida paused eating. "Never had a girlfriend before."
"Well, you have one now..." May said. Yoshida leaned in for a kiss, but May stopped him. "You're sick!" she laughed, leaning back.
Yoshids went back to eating his shrimp ramen. "Ooh, you have fish cakes in here. Also, the dance is in September. Wanna go?"
"Sure," May replied. "Maybe we can go for ramen after..."
"We could. I know a late-night restaurant in Sapporo. We should go." Yoshida ate the last bit of noodle soup. "I see you put some bok choy in here."
May took the container the soup was in. "I gotta go; my dad wants me home by dark." She left.
"See you later and thanks or the ramen," he said back as she left. "Back to Mashle."
