Minjun stood there, his body pressed against Haruto's, unable to move. He looked up, meeting Haruto's gentle gaze. The way Haruto's eyes roamed over his face sent a mix of emotions swirling through Minjun's mind.
"What is happening right now?" Minjun thought to himself, his heart pounding in his chest. "Why do I feel so hot at this closeness? This isn't supposed to happen. I'm not into men. So why... why does he make me feel this way?"
The confusion and internal conflict were overwhelming. Minjun had always been sure of his feelings, or at least he thought he had been. But now, standing so close to Haruto, he couldn't deny the effect this man had on him. The warmth of Haruto's body, the subtle scent of his cologne, the way his eyes seemed to see right through him—it all made Minjun feel flustered and vulnerable.
"Get it together, Minjun," he scolded himself internally. "You're here to do a job, not get distracted by your boss. But why can't I shake these feelings?"
Haruto's hand was still gently holding his, providing a reassuring anchor amidst the storm of emotions. Minjun tried to focus on the sensation of Haruto's touch, hoping it would help ground him. But it only made his heart race faster, his mind a whirlwind of conflicting thoughts.
"He's just being kind," Minjun told himself. "There's nothing more to it. But why does his kindness make me feel so vulnerable? Why can't I stop blushing?"
Haruto's gentle smile and the way he whispered, "Your face is red," played over and over in Minjun's mind. He felt a mixture of embarrassment and something he couldn't quite name—something that made his cheeks burn even hotter.
Minjun's internal battle raged on, his emotions a tangled mess of confusion, denial, and an undeniable attraction. He couldn't understand why Haruto had this effect on him, but one thing was clear—Haruto was unlike anyone he had ever met.
As they stood there, their eyes locked, Minjun couldn't help but wonder what this moment meant. Was it just a fleeting feeling, or was there something more? Only time would tell, but for now, Minjun was left grappling with the unexpected and intense emotions that Haruto had stirred within him.
Haruto's voice broke through Minjun's thoughts, a soft whisper that sent shivers down his spine. "Am I making you nervous, Minjun? You're trembling slightly."
Before Minjun could respond, Haruto pressed him closer, their bodies almost flush against each other. Minjun gasped, his breath hitching as he tried to stutter out a reply. "I-I..."
Haruto's smile widened, his dimples showing as he leaned in closer. "I'm not going to kiss you, Minjun," he whispered, his voice gentle and teasing.
Minjun's face grew even hotter, his heart pounding in his chest. The intensity of the moment left him breathless and flustered, unable to look away from Haruto's captivating gaze.
Minjun's body trembled more at the sound of those words, his eyes wide and roaming over Haruto's face. He managed to whisper, "Mr. Sato," his voice barely audible.
Haruto's gaze deepened, locking onto Minjun's eyes. "But I will kiss you if you keep calling me Mr. Sato," he added, his voice a low, intimate murmur.
Haruto leaned closer to Minjun's ear, his breath warm against his skin. In a husky, deep voice, he whispered, "I'll even show you why I don't want you calling me Mr. Sato if you say my name that way again."
