Aaron’s pent-up frustration finally exploded. He leaned over Jung’s desk locking his sharp eyes onto Jung.
“What the hell is Kim Woo-Jin?” He asked; his tone was heated and impatient.
“He’s nowhere to be found!”
Jung blinked, startled by the outburst. Aaron’s tone was sharp—no, desperate. It wasn’t like him. Aaron was always composed and soft, but today he sound... volatile. Everything about him felt different today; his vibes, his voice and especially his eyes, which are usually soft, looked too cold.
Jung scratched the back of his head awkwardly.
“Uh... I don’t know,” he replied cautiously.
Aaron’s scowl deepened in frustration.
“What do you mean? Are you not supposed to be my friend?”
Jung sighed, raising his hands defensively.
“Relax, man. I said I don’t know. But…” He hesitated for a moment and then continued. “I heard from Yuna’s group that they’re busy preparing for their engagement.”
Aaron’s face froze for a moment, his expression changed as his complexion turned pale.
“Engagement?” Aaron repeated, his voice low and dangerous.
Jung nodded.
“Yeah. That’s what I heard from Yuna's friend. I even tried calling Kim Woo to confirm, but he didn’t pick up.”
Jung casually speaks, noticing Aaron's expressions and tremor in his body. Something was definitely off. Aaron’s reactions were too intense, too raw; it wasn’t just frustration, but more like he was hurt.
Then it clicked in his mind. The rumors about Kim Woo-Jin and Aaron kissing in the hallway. At first, Jung thought it was just some gossip blown out of proportion, but now... seeing Aaron like this, he wasn’t so sure.
Aaron’s hands clenched into fists. A bitter chuckle escaped his lips, sharp and mirthless. “Asshole,” he muttered under his breath, his voice barely audible.
Before Jung could ask anything, Aaron spoke again; this time his voice was dangerously low.
“Address?”
“Address?” Jung echoed in confusion.
“Give me his address,” Aaron demanded, his voice sounding too dangerous, sending a chill down Jung’s spine.
Jung hesitated. Something about Aaron’s demeanor felt totally wrong. The usually soft-spoken, tearful Aaron had transformed into someone cold and intense. Whatever Aaron planned to do, Jung was certain it wouldn’t end well.
“I don’t think—” Jung started, but Aaron cut him off with a piercing look, which felt less like a request and more like an order.
Jung swallowed hard. He knew giving Kim Woo-Jin’s address might lead to trouble, but Aaron’s presence made it impossible to resist. Before he could think it through, the words slipped from his lips.
“It’s in the—” He rattled off the address.
Aaron’s expression quickly shifted. He gave a curt nod, and then, without another word, he moved faster than Jung could blink, heading straight for the door.
“Wait—Aaron!”
Jung called after him, realizing his mistake too late. If Kim Woo-Jin found someone in his apartment uninvited, there’d be hell to pay. Jung bolted from his seat, to stop Aaron, but no matter how fast he ran, Aaron was already gone.
Jung cursed under his breath. “This is bad. Really bad.” Without wasting another second, he grabbed his things and rushed out, determined to catch Aaron before disaster struck.
Kim Woo Jin sat on the edge of his bed, drenched in sweat. Every muscle in his body was tense, his breath coming in ragged pants as unbearable heat surged through him. His hands gripped the sheets momentarily as a low groan escaped his lips, deep and guttural. His hand moved in frantic rhythm, but no matter how fast or firm his touch, it was never enough.
"Ahhh..." he moaned, his voice tremble with a mix of frustration and raw desire.
It had been three days since his rut began. For alphas, ruts were hell, but for an S-class dominant alpha like Kim Woo Jin, they were nothing short of torment. Suppressants, cold showers, and sheer willpower—none of it could extinguish the fire raging through him.
And this time his rut wasn’t just the relentless physical pain.
His mind is filled with Aaron.
Aaron's face, his teasing smile, the way his lips curled into that knowing smirk—it was all Kim Woo Jin could think about. Every time he closed his eyes, Aaron was there. His scent, light but intoxicating, seemed to linger in his thoughts, driving him crazy.
"Ahh......"
His hand moved faster as his mind painted vivid fantasies of Aaron. He imagined Aaron under him, those beautiful, enticing eyes looking up at him, begging him to mess up with his body.
Woo Jin’s body trembled as the tension built. He was so close—so damn close.
But then, the doorbell rang.
The sudden, sharp sound cut through his thoughts. His hand paused for a brief second, his brow furrowing in irritation.
"Just leave," he growled through clenched teeth, his voice laced with frustration. He ignored it; his mind was too fogged with lust to care about whoever was on the other side of the door, nor was he in any state to greet anyone.
But the bell didn’t stop.
Soon, it was accompanied by loud, incessant banging on the door.
"Fuck!" he snarled, his jaw tightening as the noise pulled him further from the brink.
He forced himself to ignore it, moving his hands. His body shuddered, and with a loud groan, he climaxed, spilling his release all over his hand as he gasped for air. He slumped forward, gasping for air, his chest heaving as tremors wracked his body.
But the knocking didn’t stop.
Woo Jin growled in frustration because of the persistent noise. Wiping his hand hastily on a nearby towel, he grabbed a pair of loose sweatpants and yanked them on. His body still felt feverish and his mind clouded with lust and aggression as he stormed toward the door.
By the time he reached the door, his patience snapped completely. He yanked the door open in frustration.
"Who the hell—"
But his words froze mid-sentence, his breath hitched when he saw Aaron standing in front of him.
