made some changes to the bedroom to better fit my vision. Ignore the continuity errors this creates with the previous pages! Also, Heidi doesn't spend much time in her room, hence why it's a bit empty (and I didn't thoroughly design the house before starting, in my typical foolish fashion). I hope the repetition and emptiness isn't too boring. I'm going for a specific effect
author's note:
I know I've said this like a million times before, but I'm unsure of how this comic will progress. Bear with me!
I could say a lot but the biggest reason is that I'm young and confused and the world is scary and I'm not really sure what I want to do with my life. You know, typical teenage angst stuff.
I also feel like I'm not enjoying making comics as much as I used to. I want to take some time to figure it out. Not sure exactly what I want to do, but I think id still like to continue with it. I'm just not sure how.
Also, I wanted to ask you fellow creators about your writing process when it comes to making stories! It's something I've personally struggled a lot with and I'd be interested to hear about how others write. Share your experiences if you'd like!
And thank you again for the support! It means more to me than I can express with words.
(P.S. meant to get this out on the 21st, sorry. I'm also going to see how to get higher resolution pages here on tapas.)
designing houses is the WORST thats why i put all my stories outside lol
usually what i do when writing is i have an idea of certain points i want the story to hit (a creature to introduce, a specific joke to make, a specific lore drop, etc) and then i just string them together trying to come up with the most logical progression to get between the points
After they are brought together and decide to run away, a young werewolf and a famous witch travel the country as they try to flee from pursuing bounty hunters and the witch’s family. The hardships they face bring them ever closer as they develop their relationship and discover their feelings for each other. Together, they will have to overcome their trauma… or they will succumb to it.
