Ratchet and the Beanstalk Brigade is a story about a young goblin who comes into the possession of a single magic bean. Knowing this magic legume is the very thing his uncle has been studying his whole life, Ratchet makes the journey to deliver it to him. Little does he know that this one simple delivery would lead to a crime spree that will change the path of his destiny completely.
Accompanied by fellow goblins Patelli, Tinka and the werebear Softpaws. The Beanstalk Brigade commit to stealing the lost stolen gold from the giants in the clouds, all for the benefit of themselves and the people of the small town of Timberstone.
This world is based on a homebrew D&D campaign in which Ratchet was the rogue for a band of mercenaries known as BlueSteel. The comic was originally supposed to be a little series of stories that explained his absence in game, however when the campaign ended without a resolution. This comic became a means to find a conclusion to that story.
