Chapter 1

-Drip–Drip–Drip- 

(???) It's the same story over and over again, why try to go against the rules. You are bound to LOSE comedian……..

{Sans}

   I shot up out of bed, my breathing was very heavy and my vision was blurry. I sat there for about a minute waiting for my body to calm down. I heard a shuffle next to me, I turned to see papyrus sitting at the side of my bed. He was wearing a light brown shirt and dark blue jeans, he still had his scarf on and his red boots. He smelt like cinnamon and had white powder all over his clothes and face. He had a worried look on so I gave him a faint smile to let him know I was fine. He stood up and brushed off his clothes and sighed, he stood there tapping his foot and let out another sigh.

(Papyrus) “Sans are you ok? you look like you had a nightmare..” He looked around my room and made a disgusted face. “When was the last time you cleaned your room?”

(Sans) “Yeah it was a nightmare, I'm fine though and I don't remember the last time I cleaned my room.” I said while standing up.

My ribcage still hurts from that last reset, I looked up at Paps. He stood there for a second and patted me on my shoulder then left the room. Today feels weird, Paps never takes off his ‘battle body’ did he grow out of his royal guard phase? I grabbed my jacket off my desk and followed Paps out of my room and into the kitchen. There was a pan on the stove and a mixing bowl on the counter. Papyrus grabbed the bowl and poured some kind of mix into the pan after he put down the bowl and picked up a spatula.

(Papyrus) “Sans I'm making pancakes for breakfast, is there anything you want on them?” He flipped the pancake that was in the pan.

(Sans) “Uh Paps I thought you only knew how to make spaghetti.” I said while putting on my jacket.

(Papyrus) “Undyne has been teaching me how to cook new things.” he lifted the spatula in triumph.

(Sans) “Heh well no one else stacks up like you.” I laughed a little at the end.

(Papyrus) “SANS!!!!!! NOT NOW!!” 

I laughed even harder, then left the kitchen. I need to see what is happening in this route, did the human give up or die? I walked out the door and looked around, everything looked the same. I can hear Papyrus yelling in the background.

(Sans) “Sorry Paps I'm not hungry right now I'm going to my station!” I yelled back.

I teleported to the door that kept the ruins locked away from the rest of the underground. Any minute now and the child will walk through those doors, until then I'm going to wait in these trees. I teleported to the top of a tree, on the side of the path. Suddenly I saw movement on the other side of the path, there was this figure moving towards Snowdin. I did my best to follow the figure but it slammed a large object to the ground and jumped into the floor then disappeared in the ground. Suddenly there was this burst in Snowdin! I teleported into town and crashed into Grillby, all the buildings were glitching as if this was a computer virus, everyone was running around and freaking out. 

I panicked and teleported inside my living room. I rushed around the house trying to find papyrus, he wasn't here, he was probably at Undyne's house. I ran to the door then came to a sudden stop when the entire house started to disappear. Everything around me was disappearing. What was happening?! Where is Frisk?! They need to reset the run right now! Every now and then someone disappears in the glitches.. I was running around for about 3 minutes trying to find Papyrus before it was too late but before I knew it everything was lost. All there was left was a void of nothing, I sat there and let the glitch consume me but I didn't disappear like everyone else, I was forced to sit there in pain. 

–splat–

I turned around to see this strange skeleton with a huge paint brush. They had something black on the bottom side of his face. His eyes kept changing colors and shapes. He had what looked like an excited and confused look on his face.

(Sans) “did you do this?”……………
