I just started reading this after having read The Steps In Love and I like it (and TSIL). I have a little bit of trouble reading them both sometimes because of the spelling and word use mistakes. For example when Victoria comes to apologise, on behalf of the band, to Lilie "It's often a chaos. You didn't had to be part of it". 'Didn't had' is not proper English.
Sorry if that is offensive, if English is not your first language (I have a feeling it's not, with the Miss Dutch name and all, please forgive me if I am incorrect). Maybe the proofreading program Grammarly would help you get those phrases and word usage correct in the future. I hope I am not coming across as rude or judgemental by suggesting this!
Also, (again, not trying to seem like I don't like the comic and story or be rude) I find it a little frustrating that Lillie, at 22, has so much anxiety, especially to the point of fainting when overwhelmed, and doesn't (seem to) do anything about it. Like seek therapy or medication for the fainting part.
I'm not judging people with anxiety (fictional or otherwise). I have it myself, though not as bad as Lilie.
The shy Lilie gets hired as the new lead singer of the metal band Black Blood. But… she has stage fright. That and she has to get along with the other members of the band, who are everything except shy.
And with this a chain reaction starts of the past and fear suddenly banging on people’s doors who have unresolved issues with it and have to decide to face it or to run away from it.
About finding your true self, conquering fears, how to live with labels society puts on you and very loud music.
This story will contain strong language and sexual content.
