CHAPTER 13.
“Your blessed hands will make me commit the sin I am eager to commit…”
This time Olive couldn’t help but feel upset, because there were very strange parts in unsolved children’s cases, but what was a breaking point for Olive was finding an unidentified nurse, who kidnapped three infants only months old…
Quickly, the authorities intervened and all the medical staff on duty were questioned and duly inspected, the cameras only recorded a very tall and large woman who had her face covered and huge white surgical gloves, but none of the cameras recorded the mysterious nurse leaving, which was a mystery, because if she hadn’t left, how did the infants disappear…?
Olive was sure that the nurse was none other than Patrick disguised as a woman and the children had surely been taken out camouflaged in bags or in a trunk, but no one had noticed that a very obese man had come out who had trouble walking… Olive had a hunch that the children were with the obese man, it was strange, it was like a feeling she had about that man…
The search of the entire perimeter was immediate and almost all the uniformed women were still under observation, none entered or left the place, because they were all suspicious…
The hours passed and the pressure continued to grow along with the desperation of the parents of the infants; Two days later they still hadn't heard anything and the search had already spread throughout the capital of Whistler, so much so that the female staff working in all medical centres were confined...
She knew it, Olive knew that this didn't make sense, it was as if he was trying to blame women for everything and even making them victims and the cause of everything that was happening, you could feel the deep disgust and hatred felt by the person who committed such crimes, but the question was if Patrick was that person... If he was the one who committed these crimes, why would his profession focus exclusively on gynaecology? Why would he work for women if he hated them?
Olive was confused, she had only been creating her own conspiracy theories about these old cases for two days, which had shocked all of Whistler and had caught everyone's attention in less than forty-eight hours, but she still felt strange, confused, as if something inside her was telling her that Patrick wasn't the one, but the other part of her brain was telling her that he was the author of all the crimes against minors in the last fifteen years and was also the cause of the disappearance of the seventy-five women, but she had no evidence to confirm it so she continued writing the article about the children...
According to the articles, the children were found five days later in perfect condition, but they had a strange pathology; and it was that they had changed their brains for the brains of animals that they could not yet identify, the infants were found in the incubators of the same hospital from which they were abducted and no one had recorded who had left them again, but Olive found it strange that no one noticed, since everyone was registered before entering and much more before leaving according to the old newspapers, but perhaps the infants entered through ventilation ducts and were moved by some device in the form of an iron that would take them to the room where they had to be dispatched, and surely, someone unidentified had been manipulating this device to be as stealthy as possible, so that no one would hear it roll through the ducts, while the perpetrator made sure that no one was in the room, to leave the infants in the incubators and escape by the same means that he had used to transport the infants, in this way, if he entered or left he would not be detected ... What a good plan this person had, but no one had raised this theory, it was only something that Olive assumed, but which was not too far from reality.
Thirty days after multiple operations and some brain transplants, the infants were declared brain dead prematurely, and a bacteria from a pig was found in their body, meaning that the brain of these infants was possibly replaced by that of a pig.
When she posted this article to the forum, the rain of users was immediate, earning praise and admiration from many people, but as she had promised, the letters she revealed were the following (N.A.)
