Present …………….

It’s been a week now since Daniella woke up. She is improving, the fact that she got the best doctor to treat her. Miles and Jacob have been checking on her and taking her through the classes she missed.

Santos junior was sent the gift but its yet to arrive. He is sure that his man is missing, but he does not know where he is. Melisa got her package too from Anton and the whole gang is under confusion.

They don’t know if Daniella was killed or not, all they know is that their men were found dead after they were sent on missions to kill the daughter of the Jameson’s.

“What happened? I gave you simple instructions” shouts Melisa while throwing things on the ground.

“We did what you asked us boss, we just scared her. Though some people came and helped her but we couldn’t make her stop walking” replies Joe.

“Then why do I have the head of the gang leader you sent, on my table. It means that they know who did what. Find out every information you can on those two guys that helped her. And find out who that girl is” Melisa says as she waves Joe off to go.

Melisa remains mumbling to herself in the office, ‘who is she? Mary only gave me the picture but not the name. Was this done by her people or by someone else.’ She kept asking herself questions but with no answers until a knock was heard on the door.

“Melisa, there you are” she looks up and its Racheal

“Ooh, it you. What now?” barks Melisa

“Relax, am not here for trouble, my father is looking for you” Racheal replies with a mocking smile on her face.

“I will be right out, you can now get out.” Melisa barks back at her

“Not so fast slut. You may have my father wrapped around your fingers but not me” Racheal looks at Melisa while talking, as she gets closer to her table. She looks down and her eyes land on the picture on the table and picks it up.

“Why is the picture of our patient on you table? Is she the new doll you want to play with” asks Racheal while lifting up the picture from the table and leaning back on the wall.

“Your sister wanted me to make sure she never walks.” Replies Melisa as she stands up and pulls the picture away from Racheal.

“Don’t tell me you played along with her childish play, am sure she is just jealous or something. Don’t do what she asks, or you will put all of us in trouble.” Racheal replies while leaving the office and banging the door behind her.

Melisa laughs out maniacally while looking at the door and finally her face gets filled with anger. She calms herself down, redoes her makeup and heads out.

She walks down the stairs and walks into Santos Junior who hands her a note as they pass by each other. She places it into her bra as she walks on. She finally heads out the main door and to the car waiting outside.

She gets in and hugs the gentleman in the car who just gives her a simple smile and the car starts.

“Where to Mr. Calmat?” asks the driver

“To Mac hospital Alex.” Replies Mr. Poland Calmat as he looks out the window. He slides down the mirror and says no more. Alex drives the car away up to Mac Hospital and parks the car.

“I know everything you do. How you do all the dirty work for my daughters and all that. This time round, you hired a gang to beat up a campus girl that happens to be the sister of Emmet Jameson, you just spoilt all my plans to have Racheal or Mary marry into that family.”

“Mr Calmat I had no idea who she was.” Says Melisa, placing her hand on the palm of Mr. Calmat who puts her hand off him. The car stops infront of the hospital and Alex notifies Mr. Calmat

“That is what makes you a fool Melisa, I told you to always be cautious all the time, how can you claim you want a life with me if my own daughters outsmart you all the time” with those words, he heads out of the car and into the hospital.

He heads to the 4^th floor of the hospital and stands in front of the door with the name tag Dr Ray Craxilver. He knocks on the door with no answer. As he turns to leave his eyes meet with Ray’s.

“Mr Calmat, of what help may I be to you today” asks Ray as he moves closer and opens the door to let him in. Ray enters and Mr Calmat follows right behind him as they enter.

“I called and you didn’t pick up that is why I came myself” says Mr Calmat as he takes a seat right opposite Ray.

“We don’t carry phones into operatios rooms Mr Calmat and even if I saw it, I wouldn’t pick up. So what brings you here, your daughter happens to work on the 1^st floor” says Ray as he leans back into his chair.

“My younger daughter happened to cause some trouble a few days ago with the daughter of the Jameson’s and I heard that you treated her before. Can you help me setup a meeting with her so I can apologize to her officially myself.” Says Mr Calmat while looking at Ray who is un phased at all.

“You seem to be well informed Mr Calmat. But you see, am only a doctor and I treated her once how am I in any position of contacting her. You can call Mrs Olivia yourself if am not mistaken.”

“You are friends with Emmet and Mrs Olivia and I are not on such good terms as we speak” says Mr Calmat

“And what makes you think that she will let you speak to her granddaughter if you can’t even talk to her.You intend to be in-laws withher but cannot talk to her. I think-----” before Ray finishes his words a knock is heard on the door and it opens. Racheal walks in as all eyes turn to look at her.

“Father, what brings you here?” is the first thing that comes out of her mouth when she enters the office.

“Ms Calmat its inappropriate to walk into someone else’s office without permission. Its considered rude.” says Ray with a strong assertive voice. Mr Calmat does not say a word but looks on.

“My apologies Doctor Craxilver. I thought given the circumstances it would be fine.”

“What circumstances Ms Calmat? I see no circumstances permitting you to enter my office rudely. And considering this a work place, I would appreciate it if  you did not cross the line. Now you can take your leave, my guest and I seem to be talking about something important that does not require your attention.” Ray concludes as he points her to the door. Racheal walks towards the door and heads out.

“Am sorry about that.” Mr Calmat apologises as he lifts his head to look at Ray.

“Your daughter’s behaviour has nothing to do with you Mr Calmat. Now as I was saying, I think its best you talked to Mrs Olivia, that will be more polite of you Mr Calmat.”

“I will consider that then, hopefully I haven’t troubled you Doctor. I will now take my leave.” Mr Calmat walks out with those words and he heads outside the door. The last thing he sees is Ray getting out his phone and making a phone call.
