Later that evening at the Craxilver residence, the dinner table was being set, all the house helps were up and down and finally the table set and everyone gets to settle for dinner.

“Anything else Mr. Craxilver?”

“No Alice thank you, you can all clock out now, we shall do the rest.” With those words Alice leaves the dining room with the rest of the house helps.

“I hope you are not causing any trouble at campus this year Miles” Miles chokes on those words from Ray as he lifts his head to look at him.

“Am not Ray, i mean Dr. Craxilver,  I promise you this time round am going to behave, or else you will send me back to Italy. I hate it their you know.”

“Every time you call me Dr. Craxilver it means you have cause trouble.”

“I haven’t, I almost did but I didn’t.”

“I know, Claris will not let your ass rest when you’re there. Let me give her a call to let her know you’re going.”

“I haven’t caused any trouble, I swear. Ray You are more scary than Claris, but your more friendly so I prefer it here” they both laugh it out as they eat, and the conversation continues. After that, they go watch a movie together.

“Jacob saw someone that scares him like you do.”

“That someone must take after me, Jacob won’t be causing trouble for now I guess."

"He won’t, but Mary will” 

“It’s simple, stay away from her, that’s all that matters, I won’t come save you this time if you cause any trouble.”

“I promise I won’t. There is this new redhead at campus that I want to befriend.”

“Is she the one that scared Jacobs today?”

“Yes, am sure when I get to know her, the two of you will get along well” Ray smiles at the mention of that.

“And she is the same person that Mary wants to mess with.” Miles states as Ray turns and looks at Miles.

“If you think we shall get along well, then protect her so that you bring her to me in one piece.” Say Ray while looking at Miles.

“That family is fucked up so don’t get involved with them at all. Worn Jacob too” Ray adds on as he looks at his little brother with a warning face who nods in response to that and they continue to watch the movie.

The movie gets done and they all say their good nights. Ray heads up his home office to finish some work which he finishes and stands up to head out to his room.

As he stands, his hand brushes on the table and a bracelet falls on the ground. Memories flash as to how one of the nurses brought it to him just after Daniella had been discharged.

“She never came back for the checkup” he speaks to himself with a small curve on his lips, as he bends down to pick it. He thought of calling Peter that day to give it back but he kept it because he knew she would come back for check-up which she didn’t. 

He opens up his right drawer and places it in and walks out of his office to his bedroom. He takes a shower to freshen up and heads to bed.

Its morning, Ray heads up to Miles’ room, he throws a pillow right at his face to wake up.

“Can’t you wake your little brother nice Ray.”

“That is me being nice Miles, I can bring the ice like last time. Ice wakes you up best.” Miles wakes up mumbling under his voice as he gets to the shower.

“I can hear you Miles,” Ray states as Miles closes the door to the bathroom. 

“Get down in 10 minutes.” He continues as he closes the door behind him.

Breakfast is set; Ray sips his tea with his tab in his hands as he scrolls through documents. Miles heads down with his backpack and settles on the table.

Breakfast goes on as each brother is browsing. They finish their breakfast and Ray offers to drop his brother off since he hates driving. They head out of the house straight to the car is parked out waiting for them.

As the head out, another car is heading in and it Johns. Ray gets out of the car and heads to the other car.

“Since the two of you are here, on of you take Miles to campus and meet us at head quarter.” Says Ray as the two look at them.

“You go Paul I have to brief the Boss, you find us there” states Johns. Paul gets out and takes Miles to college.

“What has happened this time Johns?” asks Ray as he looks through the driver’s mirror as Johns turns to face him.

“Santos Junior’s minion is digging into the gang again. He wants to find you, I think Poland is running out time. He is so obsessed with getting on top of the game again”

“What do you mean Johns?”

“The Jameson family had a daughter that they never talked about in public, but since Mr and Mrs. Jameson are dead, they literally left all their riches to her including the old lady. To make it better, Emmet also left his riches to her, which makes her the richest in Chicago.”

“So your telling me those fools want me because if I marry their daughter, they can get into 1st position.”

“To be more specific Ray, they will be in second, because her riches so far do not include the riches of Mrs. Rosey Jameson’s parents, that Claris is handling. If they are inclusive, she is still the richest as we speak.”

“Am sure, they are trying to find her and kill her like they did to her parents,” says Ray as he rubs his beard with his hand.

“That is the point, they couldn’t get Emmet now they want you. Once they know her, they will get rid of her.”

“I can’t let that happen, they cannot hurt her, I made a promise to someone David that I will protect her,” Ray states as he leans on the car seat. Johns looks at Ray with a questioning eye.

“You remember when we were in Ireland” asks Ray

“I do but, what does Ireland and David have to do with this?”

“David Alves our trainer is the father of the daughter of Rosey. She is the Daniele that we all know”

“What! How?” Johns questions as he passes his hand through his hair while Rays smirks.

“Am sure you now understand, the young girl whose hair you always dyed on , the Daniele”

“You mean our Daniella, the Daniella that we both know.” Ray nods in agreement.

“And she is already in the country and studying with Miles and Jacob”

Ray states as Jacob turns to look at him in anger.

“Don’t look at me like that, we were going to discuss that today with Paul” Ray defends himself.

“Who else knows about this”

“Just you and me”

“Lets get going then, we are running out of time Ray.” Johns starts the car and heads to the base of The Dion. Ray gets out and respect is felt in the air, he heads to his office with Johns behind him.

They both seat down to think things through.

“Johns I want you to do something for me”

“What's that?”

“You have to take on the job at the university,” Ray says lifting a brow at Johns whose mouth drops open.

“You must be kidding right?” says Johns with a smile on his face. However, Ray grins on as he nods his head in confirmation.

“No no and no Ray am not taking that job,” Johns stands and heads to pour a glass of whisky for himself and get back to his chair.

“Dude, you know I don’t want to see the face of that woman, remember in college, she chased me around everywhere I went. And when she got that job she made sure I know where she is working”

“Yeah, I remember, hahahhahaha, she chased every babe you tried to go out with” Ray states while laughing out loud.

“Man you can’t tell me to go where she works,” they both laugh out remembering how college was for them. They settle everything and Johns decides to go lecture as the best option to protect Daniella up close.
