I can hear your laugh from the top of the road
My tribe, I miss you
That's it, I'm running home
So I get out of the car, and my legs take over
A little cool breeze passes by and I can smell someone's cooking
I can hear the parrots and ching chings as I zoom passed them
The laughter is getting louder. My heart smiles for me.
I see my dogs at the top of the road lazying about in a puddle. Ha!
They see me and run up to join me. They loyal boy!
We check in at our house and yell out "We going next door"
The cackling, the warmth of the laughs, all of its magnetism tugs at my curiosity
All I do is join in and sit amongst my tribe
Listening keenly, commenting shortly
Laughing longingly
