Nolan, clad in his clothes, prepared to leave. He made his way to his father’s office, where
he found Alaric gazing out the window, a bottle of red wine open and less than half full.
“Dad, what’s really going on? You’re not going to the wedding, and you didn’t let me take
Lucenio there. When I hugged him, you looked so sad. What's happening?” Nolan
questioned; concern etched on his face.
Alaric remained silent, as if he hadn’t heard a word.
“Dad, please tell me. You’re drinking, and you never do unless something’s wrong,” Nolan
persisted.
Without turning to look at his son, Alaric spoke softly, “Son, tonight the stars will fade into
darkness, marking the onset of the end. Death will cast its shadow over us all from this
Moment onward."
Nolan's heart raced with fear. “What did you do?”
Alaric moved closer to Nolan, placing a hand on his shoulder. Tears welled in his eyes, and
sadness creased his face.
“I’m sorry, son. We’re both going to lose our best friends tonight.
I sent Lucenio down a dark path, and I lost my brother to the betrayal blade.” He broke
down in tears.
Suddenly, Mary with a gentle touch made Nolan momentary lose consciousness.
"We can't
back down now," she insisted firmly, her gaze fixed on Alaric. "Alexander made his choice,
and we have to deal with it."
“Sir, can I come in?” Edmund’s voice interrupted.
“Yes, Edmund, come in. Did you do as I told you?” Alaric asked.
“Alaric, don’t tell me you did that?!” Mary exclaimed.
"Yes, Master. But you must understand, he's still feeling the effects of the exam, and what's
about to unfold will exacerbate his condition. Compared to this, his confrontation with his
father will seem like child's play," Edmund responded
Alaric stared out of the window again, lost in thought.
Meanwhile, back at the wedding...
"I feel flattered and disappointed at the same time. I’m happy you remember me, but the
first thing you say to me is ‘cane’? Where’s ‘how are you, uncle’?"
Lucenio tryingd to process everything. The effects of the exam and the fight had left him weak,
and seeing his father weakened, his mother losing her calmness, and his little brother and
sister crying only added to his distress.
"The little snake is finally here," Markus interrupted.
"Markus, stay on the side," the uncle commanded.
"Alexander, I always knew you were a warrior, so I’ll give you an end suitable," Victor
declared, ordering a guard to throw a spear at Alexander, whose vision blurred.
"Now, I’ll let you fight with your son. Die as a warrior's family," Victor proclaimed, as over a
hundred men surrounded the family, armed to the teeth.
"Please, let the kids leave," Aria pleaded.
"Aria!" Alexander's voice boomed.
"Never plead to the enemy." His courage inspired those
around him.
"Eden, stop crying. I’m sorry, son, but today you are not a kid. Show them your fire. Lucenio,
for once, unleashes your true self. They are not family. It's either you kill or die," Alexander
urged, his voice raw with emotion.
"Uncle, you are not alone. It’s my fault you're here in the first place. Tonight, I’ll fight with
you," DeLion declared, while Lily dashed forward at Aria.
"Me too. We are responsible for this. Now, we need to take care of it," lily added, joining the
fray.
“Oh well, this wedding served its purpose. Now you all die,” Victor sneered.
Margall wept, “Please stop it.”
"Uncle, take my mother out of here” Delion urged, his voice trembling.
Margall, paralyzed by fear, was directed out. She was the last to leave before the door
closed, sealing their fate within.
The uncle raised his cane, and with a swift motion, the party was set to begin.
An all-out
brawl ensued, with full force directed at Alexander, who valiantly fought alongside Delion.
Lucenio, despite his injuries, defended his brother, while Lily, Aria, and Cerny who decided
to stay next to her sister fought ferociously as well.
Suddenly, a man approached Reya, “I will end this brat now.”
Seeing his sister under attack, Lucenio's instincts kicked in, and he lunged forward, cutting
through the enemy without delivering a fatal blow. However, a shockwave knocked him
down. It was Markus. Who then ordered “Kill her now,”
But before the guard could act a fierce fire burned him not leaving any mark of his identity
It was Eden who prepared another fire attack made all the candles around him to turn off
then unleashing a strong blast said in a killing look “BURN” Markus couldn’t react because
he got caught by lucenio who move before the impact but a summoned wall at the last
minute saved him broken to pieces but made Markus flying hitting the wall.
As they stood before their sister, ready to confront any threat, Lucenio felt the weight of
his injuries bearing down on him. His shirt torn, body marked with bruises, and veins
darkened with pain, he struggled to maintain his resolve.
"Alexander's blood runs through both of you, I see" remarked Victor, observing their
resilience.
"brother Im scared" whispered Eden to Lucenio
"me too brother but now show them the potential of this family's beast we need to save father and mother and Reya" said Lucenio
"This little brat is strong. He took down my wall," Bran added, acknowledging
Eden's formidable strength.
Carter was battling both Alexander and Delion, Lucenio
witnessed his Father's suffering.
Alexander, wielding a weak spear and struggling to stand,
continued to fight valiantly. However, a fatal blow from Carter's weapon inflicted severe
wounds upon him. With blood now staining his lips, Alexander's strength waned.
Carter wielded a unique weapon, adorned with three razor-sharp blades at its tip and two
additional blades attached to the handle, near the pinky and thumb. This weapon granted
him exceptional versatility and lethality in combat, allowing him to deliver devastating
strikes with precision and speed.
"I need to end this now!" Aria exclaimed, summoning the wind clones (same as the dinner)
to defend her family. Victor, impressed by her skill, attempted to counter, but even he was
unable to defuse the ability. Aria's eyes glowed white, as blood trickled from her nose, the
grim reality of poison set in, weakening her resolve.
Then, a dagger finding its mark in Aria's back, then emerging from her chest (sorry but after
that dinner we knew we can’t leave you” cerny said with a smile
"M-Mom," Lucenio's weak voice trembled, his leg broken from Markus's blow.
"MOM!"
Eden's scream echoed, flames engulfing him like a raging inferno.
"Too hot!" said Victor
then with a flick of his hand, a small ball of ice extinguished Eden's fiery rage, leaving
Lucenio to face the chaos alone.
With tears in his eyes, Lucenio stumbled toward his mother lying in a pool of her own blood
As he moved, he tried to attack Cerny, but she swiftly dodged, leaving Lucenio on the
ground. Despite his own injuries and the overwhelming despair, he reached out to her, his
voice filled with desperate hope.
"Mom, you'll be okay. We still need you.
"
You will follow her," a voice from behind him declared.
But before he could do anything, a
wind attack from Aria, infused with all her remaining strength, struck down the guard.
"Son..."
Lucenio held his mother's hand, tears streaming down his face.
"Please, son, do it. Save them."
"I... will," he whispered.
"Love you, son. Thank you for making me a good mom," were Aria's last words before she
closed her eyes, tears mingling with a final smile.
Lucenio unleashed a strong scream, "I will end you!"
He gripped his sword tightly, despite
his broken leg, and charged toward his uncle. Swinging his sword wildly, he struck down
anyone who dared to approach him, attacking with ferocity until his sword snapped in two.
Using his remaining powers, he lunged toward his uncle but now he killed anyone that stands in his way. Bran attempted an earth attack,
but Lucenio dodged it swiftly. However, before he could reach his target, he was frozen
from legs to stomach in addition to his two hands inches infront of his uncle.
"I will regret killing you, your potential. Look at these killing looks," victor taunted.
"Free me,
and I will show you," Lucenio responded
But they didn’t know that what is scarier than a lion is an injured, cornered lion.
"Aria... The
kids!" followed by a strong scream. Alexander’s aura intensified to the point where all the
decorations began to burn, and most iron started melting. With a flick of his hand, he killed
a small group.
"Brother, your head is mine!" he exclaimed, consumed by anger and the
power of his aura.an aura so intense that scared anyone and burned some ground and the ice started melting slowly
"Oh, honey, you need to calm down, or your boy might die," Evelyn intervened, holding Eden
in her hands with a dagger to his neck.
"Or your angel," Lily added, holding Reya with a
dagger in her other hand. Reya cried out before Alexander could even comprehend the
situation, as a burning sword sliced through him.
"Die already, you old geezer!" Delion exclaimed.
"De...Delion?!" Alexander gasped.
"
Yes, uncle. Finally, I saw this look in your eye. I waited all this time to see it," Delion
responded
then the attack followed by carter’s fast fatal cuts, till separating parts of
Alexander's flesh from his body.
"Oh, before you die, " came the chilling voice, followed by a clean cut to Eden's neck,
ending his life.
Reya tried to run towards Lucenio, but Lily swiftly cut her back, sending
her lifeless body flying towards her half-frozen brother.
"Honey, do not worry; it’s your turn,"
Evelyn taunted, licking the blood off the dagger.
"Son...I'm sorry I’ll say hi to mom but please let it out," Alexander's last words echoed
before he felt lifeless.
Lucenio couldn’t comprehend what he saw; in a matter of minutes, he lost everything. In a
daze, black blood started flowing from his nose and every visible cut before he lost
consciousness for a moment.
"What the hell is this?"
Markus moved closer; his voice filled with disdain."I don't care; let's
end this family,"
In his mind, Lucenio lay down, weakly whispering, "Please, I took on all the screaming,
problems, and sleepless nights. Please help me; I can't...I can't keep it anymore," he cried
until he was slowly engulfed by shadows, his father's final words echoing in his mind: let it
out.The voices started screaming louder and louder till they stoped suddenly not even a single whisper.
As Markus advanced for the final strike, Victor's desperate scream pierced the chaos,
"No, stay away now!" Lucenio, tears mixing with black blood, the ice around him cracked as
the house shook violently. Collapsing to his knees, he seemed motionless, lost in a
whirlwind of anguish.
“Damn it this cockroach made me worried for a moment ill kill him now”
In a burst of rage,
a black slash from Lucenio cut Markus deep, sending him flying with a scream.
Lucenio's gaze turned towards Carter and Victor, a primal instinct guiding his actions.
Shadows coalesced over his left arm, forming the Fenwinder but his manifestation was
larger and more ferocious. With savage intensity, it launched into a frenzied assault, tearing
through the guards with ruthless efficiency. Despite their efforts, they couldn't land a single
blow, becoming victims in a gruesome massacre.
Amidst the chaos, Lucenio remained on his knees, his left hand covered with black veins,
and black blood oozing from his wounds. The scene froze everyone in shock as they
witnessed the monstrosity.
"We have a problematic situation," Victor admitted The animal lunged towards Delion, who
skillfully evaded its attacks while countering with scorching flames. "It's causing some
damage, but it's slowing down," Delion observed, his voice strained with effort.
"Let me
handle the source."
Bran moved in to attack Lucenio, but he was caught off guard by a sudden assault
reminiscent of the one that had struck his brother. Despite his defenses, Bran was sent
flying by the powerful blow.
Victor intervened with a potent ranged attack, conjuring a storm of freezing energy that
engulfed the animal. Despite its struggles, the creature began to fade away, gradually
disappearing from sight.
Meanwhile, Lucenio remained on the ground, without a single move after massacring all
the guards and delivering fatal blows to bran and Marcus while minor injuries to Delion
“This is the end of Alexander’s legacy” said victor after bowing to his brother’s corpse
