As the Defenders arrive at Terabyte city, Gregor and Francis orders the Defenders to charge the Neogiga. The Raiders join the Defenders and attack the Neogiga. The Neogiga slashes and stomps at each Mekanimal that attacks it. Torta and Vermilla reunite with Neo and Swordtooth. The Riders, Defenders, and Raiders destroy each of the weapons on the Neogiga. It seems like all of its weapons have been destroyed. Just then, a strange glow is seen inside the Neogigas mouth. The Riders tell everyone to get out of the way just as a large beam is fired from the Neogiga. In an instant, a large number of Mekanimals were evaporated. The Neogiga sees Swordtooth and charges at the feline. Just then, Razorclaw shoves Swordtooth out of the way as the jaws of the Theropod slams down on the bear crushing Titus in the process.

The Riders struggles to put up a fight against the Neogiga. When it seems like the Riders are going to meet their end, Ruby notices vapors coming from the side of the Neogigas neck. It quickly dawned on the Riders that that's were the cooling systems on its neck. Ruby proposes that Vermilla might be able to destroy the vents with a timed electric pulse. Agreeing to this plan, Tuga and Torta hovered close to the Neogiga to get its attention. Distracted, the Neogiga aims for the turtle and fires its beam only to miss Torta by a foot. With vents open, Vermilla charges its body with electricity and releases that electricity destroying one of the vents. Before other vent could close, Goron leaps into the air and jams his fist into the other vent destroying it at the cost of his hand. Seeing the Defenders, Raiders, and their friends whittle down the Neogiga, Zafira and Sebal find the strength and determination to bring down this gargantuan theropod. A powerful glow engulfs Neo and Swordtooth, giving them power they've never felt before. The resulting power changes their appearance into something never before seen. Now in this awakened state, Neo and Swordtooth charge towards the Neogiga ready to end this battle.

The Neogiga lashes out at Neo and Swordtooth, trying to bite and slash them to pieces. Neo and Swordtooth dodge every attack the Neogiga threw at them while also dealing as much damage as possible. With every slice and bite from Neo and Swordtooth, the Neogiga is weaken from every attack. Enraged and frustrated, the Neogiga proceeds to fire its beam at Neo and Swordtooth knowing its cooling systems are destroyed. Engulfed in energy, Neo and Swordtooth charge at the Neogiga one more time. The beam clashes with the combined power of Neo and Swordtooth. The force from both attacks releases shock wave after shock wave with every second the attack clash with each other. Eventually, Neo and Swordtooth muster enough strength to push through the beam and through the Neogiga destroying its core. Neo and Swordtooth land on the ground before turning to see the Neogiga fall to the ground. There is a silence as it dawns on everyone that the battle was over.

As everyone cheers at the fact that the battle has been won, Neo and Swordtooth approach the Neogiga. The Neogiga sees the tyrannosaur and the feline and remembers the Mekanimal that defeated it during the war, a spinosaur known as the Neospino. The Neogiga looks at Neo and Swordtooth with appreciation knowing that it finally knows peace for the first time. The Neogiga closes its eyes for one last time and stops breathing. Zafira, Neo, Sebal, and Swordtooth can't help but look with sorrow knowing that this lost species was used to harm others, first by the Humans and again by the Ironclaw raiders. Gregor, Francis, and the Riders meet up with Zafira and Sebal and tells them that the Defenders and Raiders are starting to repair the city. Knowing the scale of the damage, Zafira and Sebal decide to help out with the repair efforts. Now united once more, the Riders help out the Defenders and Raiders in repairing Terabyte city. The battle is over and peace is now possible.
