“I will tell what you can do.” Gina said with an air of assertiveness. “You can improve your level of confidence and self worth for starters.”

“Yes, I, few have said that to me just as much.”

“And you do need help with that, I can tell.” The other woman replied with a tight smile. “A lot of help.”

“How will I,?”

“I can recommend a professional psychiatrist who can do just that for you?”

“Oh! You mean, like a shrink?” Jillian felt her heart sink. “I don’t think I can ever afford one,”

“Don’t worry about that, Miss McKnight.” Gina smiled. “I can spot you the first few sessions.”

“Oh.” She was taken aback a bit. “But I, I mean,”

“That is only if you really want to improve your chances at life,”
