Seeing Ironjaw enter the water, Goron follows the crocodile into the water. Ironjaw quickly turns around and charges at Goron. Gregor waits for Zafiras signal before Goron dodges the incoming attack, barely missing the jaws of Ironjaw. Copperhead, realizing what happened, tries to get Ironjaw to turn around. Just then, Neo bites down on Ironjaws tail and swings the croc around before tossing it into the air. Goron then leaps into the air and punches Ironjaw in to one area not protected by its armor, its under belly. Ironjaw crashes into the wall of the area and struggles to get up from exhaustion. "Damn it! Fight you oversized metal lizard!" Copperhead shouts angrily while banging on Ironjaw. "Give it up Copperhead. There's nowhere for you to run." Say Zafira as Neo pins Ironjaw down. "You think you can stop us you freak!? Once the legendary mekanimal is ours, Cobalus will belong to its rightful rulers! So consider yourselves lucky. You earned a spot Lord Mercurys hit list." Copperhead says before dropping a smoke bomb on the ground. When the smoke disipates, Copperhead and Ironjaw are gone. Not knowing where they went, Zafira and Gregor decide to check on the civilians.

By the time Tuga and Ruby caught up with Zafira and Gregor, the missing civilians were being evacuated out of the building. Tuga asked Zafira about what had happened in the building. Zafira explained what happened, including the fight with the Ironjaw crocodile. Both Tuga and Ruby wished they could've been there sooner. Gregor reassured them that they had no idea about Copperheads location and shouldn't blame themselves. Zafira approached one of the civilians and asked about what was happening in the building. "That lunatic kept asking about some mekanimal. If we didn't answer, he'd drop us in the water with that... thing." Said the civilian, still stricken with terror. Gregor, furious by what he heard, ensured the civilian that the they will stop the Ironclaw raiders. The civilian then mentions a mountain where the raiders are heading towards. The group agrees to head towards the mountain where the legendary mekanimal is located. Gregor stays behind to help the civilians and bids the group farewell.

Later on in the same day, Gregor makes a call to Francis. Gregor tells Francis to get an army ready for an upcoming fight. "Are you insane Gregor?! May I remind you exactly how many species were lost the last time there was a war!" Francis says with vigorous anger. "I know Francis! I am aware of the Human-Machina war. Right now we are running out of options. The Raiders are getting closer to the legendary mekanimal with every passing day!" Says Gregor. "This is the only way we can prevent a war from happening. Find the legendary mekanimal and destroy it. We lost many species last time Francis. I don't intend to lose any more lives." Gregor says with a somber tone in his voice. "Alright. Just remember what we are fighting for, Gregor. The Raiders must be stopped no matter the cost. Just come home in one piece, Gregor." Says Francis. "I will, Francis." Says Gregor before hanging up the telecom. Gregor steps outside and confronts Goron. Both Mekanimal and Rider touch forehead, knowing the upcoming battle that awaits them.
