First page is a little jarring, going from the previous 7 pages of this mysterious kid exploring to suddenly its night and they have to get back. Personally not a fan of their first line being a curse word, but that's just me. Color work is still excellent, the blues in the night cave, that page of purples, the pink/yellows of that final page.
