So, Sakura trees are a really big thing in the spring. Mostly, b/c it's just so darn COLD in the winter and when the sakura bloom it's this burst of color and the hope of WARMTH and GOOD WEATHER!!! Also, it's pretty incredible to see row after row of little light pink blossoms against the dark tree trunks, lining the river. So, I went out one weekend to get pictures before they all dropped off, and while I was out, the tiny, newborn mosquitoes all decided that I was DELICIOUS and all swarmed me. I'm particularly delicious to mosquitoes as it is, but it didn't help that I was insistent on getting pictures, no matter what.
So the method is: take pictures and then FLEEEE.
Enjoy!

Slice-of-Life comic about my family's life in Japan. I live in Aichi Prefecture with my wife, kiddo, and 4 cats and I work as a freelance comic creator and artist.
The comic started in 2010 and hasn't really had a home, so I'll be uploading the archive here for folks to enjoy, and to post new comics once we catch up.
