Do reapers celebrate Birthdays? Seems a bit weird, but maybe some do while others celebrate their death day. I don't know if Morty actually does in canon, however I can't say no to him, and drew him a little Birthday party, he deserves it :)
I can actually see Jerico throwing him a party because he died so young and missed out. And while Khemi thinks it's nonsense, he would agree it wasn't fair to miss out on simple joys of life like a Birthday.
