RoaR#4
The skeleton general saw the barbarian challenging him and shouting so it became enraged as well and came to fight him. It swiped at the barbarian from the top with both its hands. It hit where the barbarian was standing and dust filled the air, once the dust cleared, the barbarian could be seen resisting against the hands of the skeleton general by pushing against them with his own hands. Small skeletons can be seen as well trying to bite him and tear into him.
The barbarian punched the skeleton general’s hands away and pulverized the small skeletons around him. He lunged towards the shoulder of the skeleton general and started hammering the shoulder joint with both of his arms. The skeleton general tried swiping at him but the barbarian was too fast and strong for it. Cracks could be seen on the shoulder from so many hits then the barbarian hit it once again with a big roar and broke off one of its arms. The arm fell to the ground and the barbarian jumped down and lifted the fallen arm and started hitting the skeleton general with its own arm while roaring.
The skeleton general was just defending against the barrage of hits that was coming from the barbarian and could not attack back. Cracks were beginning to show all over its body. In one last ditch effort it tried to swipe at the barbarian but it was caught by him and because of the cracks the joint of the shoulder was weak so the barbarian broke it off easily this time.
The elf saw the entirety of that insane fight and how the barbarian was practically bullying the skeleton general and how he was fighting with no style, using only brute strength to fight. She was mesmerized at how pure his fighting style was. There was no trickery, no magic, no manipulation, no prediction involved, only pure strength.
Having broken off both the arms of the skeleton general, the barbarian proceeded to barrage the skeleton general with hits that shook the cave and made the skeleton general, a being that feels no pain, scream in agony.
The elf saw that the barbarian was barraging the skeleton general with hits using its own arms and was very surprised. She shook her head to get a grasp of the situation. She knew that it could not be destroyed this way so she tried shouting.” You need to crush the gem in his skull to kill him!!!”. The barbarian turned his head to listen but because of the noise that the barbarian was making hitting the skeleton general and its screams he could only make out “…. crush… skull…. Kill him!!!!”. He nodded towards the elf.
The barbarian jumped up and the skeleton general was looking at him with scared eyes. He lifted the arms up and roared really loud, so loud that the cave shook and his eyes went white and veins were visible on his body. The arms that he was holding up came down at such speed that the air was splitting and making explosion sounds. Once the arms hit the skull of the general with the speed that they were carrying, an explosion that shook the cave and split the ground took place and dust filled everywhere.
The elf looked on and saw how the barbarian just pulverized the skeleton general into dust using only brute strength and was surprised at the level of brute strength that he had. He didn’t even resort to the weak spot of the skeleton general to kill it.
The dust that filled the cave started to clear up and a towering figure could be seen within it standing on a mound of dust. Once it all cleared, a barbarian could be seen. “I … need … food”. He was very hungry and after using the amount of power that he had used to beat the skeleton general, he was even more hungry. The elf looked at the barbarian with emotional eyes and a smile.” Thank you.”.
The barbarian felt something under his foot so he looked down under his feet and in the bone dust that he was standing on, the top part of a red shining gem could be seen buried in the dust.
The elf was injured so she got up with much difficulty and started moving towards the back of where the general was. Once she got there, she saw a big chest so she moved to it and opened it.” At last. This might be enough.”. the chest was full of gold and gems.
The barbarian moved next to her with a questioning look.” Is your stone somewhere inside this chest?”.
“Something like that.” The elf said with a smile on her face. “You need to carry this chest outside for me.” The elf looked at the barbarian.
“Why?” the barbarian was confused.
“Because I’m injured dummy.” The elf was amused at his question.
“I’m saying why don’t you take your stone out and just leave the chest here. These shiny metals and rocks aren’t useful anyways. You can’t even eat them.” The barbarian wanted to make sense of the situation.
“Just do as I say!” The elf had it with him and her amused expression turned to annoyance.
The barbarian looked at the stone and nodded then looked at her. “I’m not your slave!”.
The elf was surprised. “You know what a slave is?”.
The barbarian looked at her with a very stern and serious face.” No. but I’m not one.”.
The elf looked at him with annoyance.
At the entrance of the cave a barbarian and an elf ranger could be seen. The barbarian was holding a big chest and cursing his luck.” I swear this wasn’t what I had in mind when I left my cave!”.
The elf looked at him and felt bad for him. “I’ve hidden some food in the forest. Let’s get to a safe spot and I will get it for you.” Said the elf with a smile.
The barbarian having heard that was stoked and felt alive again. “It seems Roar won’t die tonight. Hahahahaha”. And walked in front.
The elf having heard that, stopped for a second. “Roar?”. She said while looking at his back and smiling and holding her hand to her face.
