I'm a little late with this one, my work schedule changed so updates will probably be on Thursdays now.
I'm pretty conflicted about this comic right now. I really love working on it, but I'm not really a writer and I'm not super confident about the pacing or dialogue. I also read a lot of comics, so it's really easy to fall into comparing my work to others, writing and art wise. Anyway this is just me talking into the void.
If you love working on it, that's all that matters imo :) I love that I get to read it, and I have no complaints about the storytelling. Just do what feels right, trust the process. You're creating something here, this comic wouldn't exist without you. And if someone else were to write it, it wouldn't be the same comic! Other artists are not better or worse, they're just different artists at different stages of their artistic development. I hope you can feel proud of what you're working on, because it is by definition unique and wonderful.
Take care ❤️
The years after high school can be rough, especially when you have no prospects and are suck in a dying home town with only three idiots to keep you company. And then you factor in the ghosts… it’s hard to keep your spirits ups.
