Chapter Three! New friends! And a bit of lore: Hydrophin have a double-chambered voicebox, so their naturally sultry voices can produce two tones at once. They often use this self-harmony as an additional form of inflection in audible speech. Julienne flattens his tone quite a bit out of anxiety.
