Wednesday morning. No sleep for good and evil.

Lt. Wong and Captain Ford stood in front of a large crowd of officers in full uniform, plain clothes detectives, SWAT, and P.T.U. units. Full attention, hands behind their back, heads up, and ready for action. After making sure all available units were present, Lt. Wong stepped up.

“We received information from Interpol. Suspects Scorpion Jones, Gold Neck, and Silver Tooth were part of the same military squad, special operations. They are highly trained and have a lot of experience in an evolving battlefield. Sharp eyes, keen awareness, mix of brute strength and tactical finesse. Combined with the Jones’ manpower and history of heists, it will only complicate further problems.”

Captain Ford then approached the screen board, gathering up all profiles together. “We have a total of seven suspects: including One-Eyed, Piercings, Beanie Brain, and Big Smoke as their leader. After raiding their hideout we were able to gather clues they are planning to hit one of the many banks in District 9.” Then he tapped on another file to open it up, showing a hyper detailed map.

Lt. Wong nodded at the screen and folded his arms behind his back. “Grand Central Bank, Bank of St. Louise, Starfire Credit Union, Wolfstreet Investment Firm, Northwind Vaults, Montenegro Savings Limited – any one of these could be a valuable target.” Lt. Wong let the words sink in before he continued. “We received a tip the bandits will leave town on coming Saturday. Be advised, there is a major parade going on today from District 8 to 10. As many roads and exits are blocked off most likely the bandits will wait until after the parade to strike or they’ll get stuck in traffic and blockades. Expect to take action between Thursday and Saturday, closer to the day they can escape.”

Captain Ford walked up next to his lieutenant and folded his arms, “All holiday leaves are cancelled. Any officers on day off will report to the station and be on standby. We want everyone at their battle stations the moment these douchebags poke their heads out of the rabbit hole. SWAT Team Echo and P.T.U. will stand by in our office until the operation is over. Are we clear?”

Everyone all raised a crisp salute, “SIR! YES SIR!”

Lt. Wong and Captain Ford exchanged nods, before Lt. Wong clapped his hands to--

An alarm blared above their heads, forcing everyone to duck in reflex. As they tried to figure out what was going on, dispatch on the PDA called out over the noise out.
