Hmm... so her school bag isekai'd with her, huh? I wonder why?
And then there's the language barrier. They can clearly talk to each other, but can't seem to read each other's written text. But who is speaking what? I think it's safe to say Redge and Nara are not actually speaking Japanese, but is Chiaki still? There will be an answer to this eventually, but for now, we just have our heroine freaking out over it.
Also, the daydreams in panels 11 and 12: Once again, I do not know Japanese myself, so I got some help with this one, and Redge should be saying here, "This sentence is in Japanese." Hence why Chiaki says "This sentence is not in Japanese" in the following panel. It's mostly for laughs, but it's also intended to show how confusing this all is for Chiaki right now (and emulate that for probably many of that for the readers).
But then Chiaki's distracted when asked about her virtual pet, UsaMaMa-chan (obligatory bunny inclusion in my work), hanging from her bag, and she just forgets everything she should be worrying about to hyperfocus on that. I feel you, girl.
It's less Tamagotchi, by the way, and a little more inspired by the specific knock-off I had growing up (a dinosaur themed virtual pet called Rakuraku Dino-kun).

Minor nod to Rain, by the way. I won't link because Rain spoilers, but the virtual pet character, Momokomo, might be familiar to some as it appeared on someone's shirt in the final chapter. ;P
Follows the strange story of Chiaki, a daydreaming otaku who longs to confess her feelings to her childhood friend, Fumiko, and how that's made especially difficult when she gets transported to another world...
