With the end of the weekend, a new week of the month begins. Everyone left the house for their respective work. 

While entering the office, Muskaan notices one thing. There was a glow on everyone's face and the motivation to come to work on Monday was visible in her office.

Riya came to give her bright morning greetings. "Good morning ma'am. How was your weekend?"

"Good morning Riya. It was good. By the way, what’s with the mood in the office today? It’s kinda… different." With a very small stretch on her lips, she replied.

"This is because of the new project. Everyone is very excited about this project. To be honest, I am also very excited. The opportunity to work with Roy Industries does not come everyday. Everyone was waiting for this day and finally the time has come… Oh! In all this, I forgot to tell you one important thing. Vishal sir is back. He has called everyone for a meeting now."

"Okay. I'll keep my bags and come."

"So tell me, how big is today’s mountain that I have to sign today?" Like everyone else, Ted and Jay were having their Monday morning on the way to the office. He asked in a lethargic tone.

"Do you think of me as Hulk, capable to carry your so called mountain around?"

“You’re nothing less. Doc Green!”

"By the way sir I want to talk to you about Style in."

"Yes, go ahead!" Hearing the name of Style In, it was as if he got an electric current. The tiredness that Jay had since morning thinking about work, got converted into enthusiasm in a jiffy.

“Oh my! Look at you jump at the name of Style In. I have to drag you every morning to the office. But with just Style In’s mention you’re full of energy, huh?” Ted teased him, to which Jay blushed innocently.

Whereas at Style In, Muskan and her colleagues ended their morning meeting. Everyone was dismissed and went back to work..

“Muskan. Can we talk for a bit?”

“Yes sir.”

“How many times do I have to tell you not to call me sir when we are alone. Anyways, I wanted to thank you! You managed the situation very nicely, last week. I had no idea Mr. Roy would personally visit us at a short notice. If I had known, I would’ve postponed my trip. You handled my position very well.”

“No need to thank me, sir-... Vishal. It’s my job. And to be honest I didn’t do anything. Riya and other people handled them. All I did was to remind them what they have been preparing since last year.”

“ Exactly! On that note I want to appoint you as the official head of this project. As of now you were unofficially leading everyone. Now, you take the charge along with Riya as your assistant.”

“But Vishal. I can't because I already have many things on my plate. If I take one more, it’ll get messed up. Instead why don’t you do it as it was planned initially along with Riya.”

“The way you and Riya handled that situation with great understanding and patience, I am sure that no one else can lead this project better than both of you. Muskan you are capable, that's why I trusted you, even then and even now. Today this company would not have reached here without you. Please don't disappoint me. Whatever you are doing now, leave everything. I will take care of it all. You just completely just focus on this project. This opportunity is huge for us. And I don't want any mistakes in this.”
