"Room Service!"
I went to the door, confused. "Wow, that was quick, I only called ten minutes ago."
I opened the door and was greeted by a young man holding a tray of deviled eggs. He gestured to them with an inviting palm.
"Sir, here you are."
"This isn't what I purchased." I replied. "Are you sure you've got the right room?"
"No mistake sir. Complimentary."
"Um, very well then. Thank you." Hesitantly, and hoping not to be rude, I lifted an egg and forced a smile as I took a small bite.
"All right, grab him."
"What th-"
The world turned to green fatigues and metal clacking as I became violently acquainted with the carpet and a hundred and eighty pound individual. When the world stopped spinning, I got to admire my shiny new bracelets and met the generous squad who'd gifted them. And their fully automatic friends.
"You're coming with us!"
I blinked and tried to process. "What the- no C4? No battering ram? The hell kind of raid is this?"
