"Wait!" Jin let Ezra get halfway out the door before he spoke up, "What did you have in mind?"
"Anything." He smirked, leaning in the doorway, shrugging his shoulders.
"Something normal?"
"I can do normal."
Jin got up, grabbing his jacket, "Don't think this is something it's not. I don't give out freebies."
He didn't know what Ezra was thinking in that mind of his taking him out as some kind of action or way to pay for him for the evening.
"Nor do I do dates, not free ones anyway." Jin wants to make himself clear.
He was allowed outside of the club, so he did go on dates with some of his clients. If they paid the right amount and he trusted them enough. They could spend their time in another setting if that's what the client wanted. Jin does fool himself into believing he had a life outside of the club and work when he didn't.
"I'm starting to see there's a lot of things you don't do." Commented Ezra as they stepped outside.
Jin gave him a snarky look in response. Not that he saw it because his back was turned to him.
"Ever been on a bike?" Asked Ezra, throwing his leg over his one true baby, parked in the side alley of the club.
"A few times." Jin had a long time ago when he had a different life.
Smirking to himself as he pulled up close behind Ezra, looping his arms around his lower half, holding just tight enough so he wouldn't fall off the back once he hit the gas.
* * * * *
"Not what I had in mind when you said normal." Commented Jin as they pulled up to the local bowling alley.
"Com'on bowling is a classic." Ezra, defending his choice in the venue, "When's the last time you've done it?"
"Never." Committed Jin as he headed for the door.
The place had an odd smell to him, like old mold and fake shoe cleaner. Almost everything was outdated. Felt as if he was zapped back into the past as he stood there glancing around.
Ezra placed his board arm over his thin frame, guiding him over to the shoe rental counter. "A thirteen and . . . " He glanced down at Jin, looking at his shoes, "a nine and a half."
"Lane twenty." Pointed the lady behind the counter, placing the shoes on top.
"So I feel inclined to warn you," Ezra commented.
"Warn me about what?"
"I'm about to whip your ass at this."
Ezra was honestly pretty good at the game. Been forever since he played but didn't see that as being an issue for him. Ezra put their names into the machine, watching as they popped up on the screen over the lane. Ezra takes the first roll, hitting the gutter about halfway down, quickly pointing back at Jin.
"Don't even start."
Jin smirked under his hand, and he looked at the screen, flashing a little video of a gutter ball and then booing.
"I might be a little rusty. It's been a while."
"What about a beer to help with the rustiness," Jin commented, waving down the one waitress that was manning the floor, ordering a pitcher for the two of them.
He didn't drink much. He liked to keep a level head at all times, especially at the club, but tonight was his night off, and he liked to think that Ezra wouldn't try anything being Heath's cousin. Not that he trusted Heath himself, but was inclined to think that Ezra wasn't stupid enough to wrong Heath by doing something to him.
Ezra took his second roll this time the ball hit dead center on the floor, knocking all the pins down in one even swoosh.
Jin took a long sip of his beer before he walked up with the ball, mimicking what Ezra had done. He's never been bowling before, and his first roll confirmed that for Ezra as he watched.
"Mind if I?" Ezra suddenly appeared behind him.
Jin gave a little nod.
"So you want to shift your weight as you move, from one foot to the other, while also swinging your arm and keeping an eye on where you want it to go."
"I thought this was supposed to be fun, not math."
Laughing, "It's not math." Ezra placed his hand on Jin's hip, pulling his weight back, running his other hand down along his arm, cupping his hand over Jin's.
Ezra in no way stretching himself out to do so either. Their size difference is more noticeable than it had been before to Jin.
"Now, you just swing back, forward, and let go halfway through." Moving as he spoke, doing a dry throw the first time, just to give Jin a feel of what he's supposed to do before they swung together.
Jin an omega pulled into a world he wasn't ready for. A world that was promised to be nothing more than what he dreamed of by a man he loved. Only to have the one thing he's ever truly cared for taken from him.
Ezra an alpha done dirty but took one for the team. Trying to find his way onto a new path in life. A better path. Maybe even one worth going back to prison for?
Heath an alpha where you don't want to fall on to his bad side. He rules what he owns. Twisting and mending everything he lays his hands on to benefit his deviant mind.
