Aaron tells me this is his favourite comic we've done together so far. Working with him is interesting. He will suddenly change script elements without warning and sometimes add or subtract entire panels. This was one of those cases.
The script originally ended with Kromdar sobbing on his knees surrounded by a pile of his dead and dismembered friends with a bloodstained birthday banner hanging above him. I still like that visual, but it slows down the rhythm a little bit.
Anyway, Aaron and I both played copious amounts of D&D when we were younger, but we've only actually played one game together in the fiveish years since we've met. WHAT IS WITH THAT?
