Ok, dumb thought that is only now occurring after the restart of the series but... As I don't know how many personalities Niko has total, the thought comes to me that what if -each- of those personalities had to spend 3 days becoming a vampire. If Niko has a total of 10 personalities swimming in their head, that would make it 30 days for a total conversion.
