If Black Pearl was somehow listening to all that from a distance (or maybe reading lips while observing) that would mean she already has all the pieces to solve the puzzle...
I guess it will become a spinel type situation though, in which she will realize that pink and Steven are different and hate Steven because she can...
Maybe she will even try removing his gem or try to rejuvenate him (though maybe she doesn't have a rejuveenator with her)
Or worst case scenario she attempts a forced fusion to search for pink inside Steven's mind...
(the fact that he sometimes gets her memories still let's me believe that some part of pink remains in her gem)
