Today was the first time the old mobil from my parents recieved a message. The message was wierd: "The money transfered by your parents will soon be used up. Your personal protection will therefore come to a conclusion in two days."
14. May 2012
The whole night I was thinking about that weird message. I even dreamt about the incident from last month. Is it possible that someone was watching and protecting me the whole time? Wouldn't that be considered stalking? Or secret observation? Are security people even allowed to do something like that? Even if … Why didn't I ever have the feeling of being watched? Of you're stalked you're bound to notice something, or not?
I wrote back! I replied to the wierd message from yesterday & the person at the other end of the line even replied! Here is the conversation we had:
[ Who's there? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Alias ]
[ You mean THE Alias? ]
[ email@alias.com ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Now yes ]
[ Why did my parents hire you? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ That's confidential ]
[ Do you know where my parents were headed when they died? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Yes ]
[ Where? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Confidential ]
[ They were my parents … ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Only your parents were my clients ]
[ And if I hire you to continue the commission from my parents? Will you tell me then? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ No ]
[ Your secrecy safeguard is no joke. ]
[ Have you really been stalking me for the past month? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Monitored ]
[ So you followed me everywhere? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ No ]
[ Only when necessary ]
[ But how did you know when to follow me? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ The mobile ]
[ Oh, I get it. That's why I was supposed to always have it with me. You checked my location with it. ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Correctly ]
[ By the way, do you happen to know who the lady was that died together with my parents? ]
I didn't get a reply for that last question.
On a side note: Isn't Alias' writingstyle really strange? I wonder why it always says my name before the actual message.
28. May 2012
Yesterday it has been two months since my parents death. I got really drunk and blacked out. But apparently I wrote Alias again! I can't find the messages that I sent but there was an unread text message this morning: "Every 27th of the month this number will be active."

Today was my first day at work at Dad's newspaper. Well, it's my firm now. I still have to get used to the fact that La Verita belongs now me. The people there are always really kind. I hope, I won't let them down. But I have to admit, I'll probalby be overwhelmed by the work. I had no idea that leading a firm means so much work! How on earth did Dad manage to write articles on the side?
24. June 2012
The last three weeks have been hell!
I had to keep so many things in mind and do so much stuff from which I didn't even know it was necessary. On top of that, the finances of La Verite are a mess … Gosh, I'm so tired. And today I was distracted all day. I couldn't concentrate at all because I kept thinking about next week. Will the number really be active at the 27th? Should I write?
27. June 2012
It's evening. I finally managed to finish all my work for the day. Now I'm sitting in front of the old mobile phone.
Today there weren't any messages incoming, so I'm not sure wheter or not the number really is active. I'll write anyway. Let's see what happens:
[ Hello, are you really there? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Yes ]
[ I've been thinking … ]
[ … I'll forgive you for stalking me. ]
[ But do me a favor: Keep stalking me. ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ What do you mean ]
[ It's a commission: Let's be pen pals. ]
[ Or rather message pals? ]
[ I'll pay you whatever you want. Just let me rant every now and then. ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ What's the point of this ]
[ Well … you keep everything a secret and … ]
[ … I'm a little lonely. ]
[ Even though I know tons of people and have a lot of friends. Ever since my parents died I keep realizing that there's now one I can talk to about my feelings. ]
[ I don't have any relatives. My parents were both single children. ]
[ Sorry, that didn't make any sense right now. ]
[ What I'm trying to say: Just let me write you whenever I need someone to talk to. ]
[Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ You don't even need to reply. I only need a person that I can write to at any time and from whom I know that nothing will be retold. ]
[ I accept your commission ]
[ Really? Are you sure? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Yes ]
[ What do you want in exchange? How much should I pay? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Nothing ]
[ Just do me a favor ]
[ Sure ]
[ What should I do? ]
[ Bak Sun-Jung ]
[ Let me write you the same way you'll write me ]
[ Of course, that's a given! ]
[ Then we're now officially pen pals. :) ]
[ Shall we start from the beginning? ]
The remainder of the conversation was just stuff. But it seems way too personal to be be written down. ;P
