And that was all she said.
Shouto liked coming to jirou’s room. It was simple.
–
What wasn’t simple however, was relationships. Shouto thought he would be okay, he thought it would be best to get used to their dynamic before they go public, because once they did, things would change forever. And change isn’t Shouto’s friend.
When it comes to change, Shouto prefers to go without. Shouto likes things uncomplicated, and the entirety of class 1-A butting their noses into his relationship is the exact opposite of uncomplicated.
He Thought it would be simple. Watching his boyfriends interact as if he didn’t exist. The same way they did before. But it wasn't. And now, because of his own decisions, here he is sitting at his desk, pretending to study before Aizawa Sensei got back, but really he was watching. Watching as Izuku sat on Katsuki’s desk with the other between his legs as they had an in-depth conversation about something. Watching Katsuki’s hands spark with emotion where they were planted on the desk on either side of Izuku’s hips. Watching izuku get lost in his own train of thought, and watching katsuki fondly roll his eyes as he lets Midoriya ramble until he realizes he’s talking about a completely different subject and he didn’t even realize it
He thought it would be simple. His emotions. He watched them like this for so long, and for so long all he could feel about it was despair. Despair because he had wanted them for so long, and because now that he finally has what he’s been needing, he can only show it in private. And that scares him.
But he continues to watch, throughout the day when Izuku gives Katsuki an analysis after training. He does the same thing for shouto, but it’s different. Because he can’t give the same kiss afterwards, because he can’t say that he is doing this because he loves him. So izuku settles for a glance, a glance that shows so much.
A glance that said, ‘I know, sho, i love you too, and i know it’s hard.’
He continues to watch as Izuku steals from Katsuki's food at lunch, and Katsuki only grumbles a little before stealing something off of Izuku’s plate. He watches and wants nothing more than to go over there and show affection to his boyfriends.
He wants nothing more than to walk up behind Izuku and set his chin atop his green curls and relax in the comfort that it brings him. He wants nothing more than to freely express his feelings.
So, as Katsuki is in the kitchen preparing dinner, again, because, in katsuki’s words, ‘no one else is competent enough to make a bowl of fucking ramen without burning the fucking pot!’. Shouto gathers izuku and states how he feels.
Plain and simple.
“I don’t want to keep it a secret.”
Katsuki didn’t even turn from his position at the stove. “It was your fucking idea, icy hot. What the hell changed your mind?!”
“I wanted today to process. I wasn’t sure how comfortable I would be with people knowing. But after spending the day watching you two, and knowing I could be just as affectionate,” he stopped and sighed. “I spent so long watching and not being able to freely express my feelings, and I don't want to continue that way.”
“Does this mean you want to tell everyone” Izuku questioned from where he held onto shouto’s sleeve looking up at him with such open sincerity in his eyes. Shouto couldn’t help but smile.
“I, personally, want to tell everyone. What’s the fucking worst that could happen? I feel the same way as you, I hid this for so long, I don't want to keep it a secret any longer.”
“I think there are alot of benefits to either side,” Izuku starts, hoisting himself up to sit on the counter, “On one side, learning our relationship without interference from outside parties could be beneficial to maintaining a healthy relationship, but on the other hand, just kacchan and i being publicly dating could cause Shouto’s mental state to decline and he might begin to resent us after some time. Then again going public might put a lot of pressure on the three of us all together, because all of us, to a degree, are famous in the local area, and if the league of villains keeps going the way it is we’ll no doubt be involved, and be getting more media attention-”
“Izuku” Katsuki interjects, “ How about we all organize our thoughts and talk after dinner? If we decide to keep this a secret, i don’t want any fucking extras eavesdropping on our private conversation.”
“That seems reasonable.” And simple, shouto thought.
Simple.

Mina scurried away from the kitchen and back to her dorm. That one sentence repeated in her head over, and over, and over, again, she could hear Izuku saying it. In that mumbly tone of voice he has when he is writing in his notebooks.
“If the league of villains keeps going the way it is we’ll no doubt be involved, and be getting more media attention-”
The League of Villains.
Her mind was racing. Thinking of all the possible connotations of that sentence. Absolutely racking her brain.
There has to be a reason. Some explanation. Bakugou is my friend, so is Midoriya! Even Todoroki, though he’s pretty quiet, his dad’s the number one hero for crying out loud! So what, else could it possibly be? This couldn’t have all been fake right? There’s absolutely no way they were faking this whole time. Midoriya? And the longer she thought about it, the more it made sense. Midoriya writes everything down. He knows everyone inside out. Every strength, every weakness. Bakugou was kidnapped by the League, and who was it that went to retrieve him? Midoriya and Todoroki. Bakugou ended All Might's whole career and nearly got him killed!
All of the pieces kept clicking. More than Mina would like to admit.
But now, there was only one thought in her mind.
Traitors.
