Eventually a full month passed since their first date.
Even though Aether had a lot of fun, Eula began to have other kinds of thoughts.
She found this strange and a tiny bit uncomfortable, as she had never experienced closeness in this way... but deep down, she kind of liked it.
He certainly wanted to get to know the great Traveler more, the one who defeated Stormterror, a sleeping deity of Liyue, 2 Fatui Heralds and could bend the thoughts of an Archon through combat.
However, time was not long and the Ludi Harpastum had already begun.
All of Mondstadt was decorated with garlands, there were hundreds of dandelions flying through the air, and children were playing with a small ball, casually called "Wind Harpastum".
This gave Aether some nice memories, as he remembered when he went to the Golden Apple Archipelago with Jean, Barbara and Klee long ago, shortly before going to Inazuma.
However, Eula didn't care much about it.
She never got to experience firsthand the fun of a traditional party like this, and all thanks to her lineage.
She was simply completing missions that were given to her, overlooking everything that was going on in Mondstadt.
Aether, as much as she was helping her friends, had no time to join Eula, especially since she was also completing her missions.
Because of this, three whole days passed.
Aether was waiting for the occasion when Eula would be more "clear", so he could surprise her and stay with her for a while.
He wanted to give her a gift, but had nothing in mind.
The only thing he could do, was to visit Lisa.
So he set out to go to the library and go inside.
Lisa: Hmmm?
Oh, it's you, honey.
Aether: Hello, Miss Lisa.
Lisa: What brings you here?
Are you going to help me set up the books...?
Aether: I-I just wanted to see you...!
She let out an "aww" and gave him a tender hug, placing her head between his breasts.
Lisa: Aren't you sweet?
Aether: ... chi.
He agreed to help Lisa with some things, drank some tea with her, and told her what he was planning to do with Eula.
Certainly, he thought she would be jealous, but in reality, he was happy for wanting to help one of her classmates, even knowing that she had a very complicated past.
Lisa: ... I see.
Aether: I don't have any more ideas.
Lisa: Hmmm... why don't you give her a wind Harpastum?
Aether: Oh?
Lisa: She never celebrated these holidays.
Maybe the best thing you can do is to have her be a part of these parties with you.
Besides, she would have someone by her side.
Aether: Ohh... that sounds interesting.
Lisa: The first thing you should do, is to spend some time with her, give her some presents, and then tell her about the holidays.
Aether: Why?
Lisa: It's very simple.
When you want to ask someone for a favor, it would be best if that person is having a moment of happiness and tranquility.
If she's in a good mood, she would surely agree to go out with you... although it certainly seems like a challenge, since you can rarely see Eula in a good mood... and believe me, she could still tell you: "Vengeance will be mine".
Aether: Oh, don't worry about that... I was expecting it.
Lisa: Fufufufu~
Well, I hope my advice did you some good, honey.
Aether: Oh, but of course it did.
Thank you very much, Miss Lisa.
Before leaving, he gave her some mochis from Inazuma.
Lisa: And what are these?
Aether: Mochis.
A typical candy from Inazuma.
I hope you like them.
Lisa: I hope they don't have so much sugar.
Aether: W-Why...?
Lisa: ...because you're already sweet enough, honey.
She squeezed Aether's cheeks tenderly and let him go.
But before he could open the door, she blew him a kiss in the air.
He pretended to catch it, and kissed her back into the air.
She also did the same, but placed Aether's kiss between her breasts and winked at him.
Aether: ...
Lisa: If this doesn't work out, you can count me in for the Ludi Harpastum, honey.
Aether: ... o-of course... s-s-s-sorry Lisa....
He laughed and when he wanted to go through the door, he had forgotten to open it and ended up slamming his nose against the door.
~ after a while ~
The blond walked around looking for Eula.
He searched place after place, and wasn't having much luck.
The only places left to visit were her house and some meadow in Mondstadt.
He knew for a fact that she was from the outskirts of Mondstadt so he could take advantage of dancing in the wind, or training.
Luckily, he found her doing a few dance steps as usual.
He waited for her to finish dancing, so he could enter the scene.
Eula: *sigh*
Aether: Holaaaa!
Eula: Hmm?
Aether: Eula!
Eula: Oh, Aether, it's you.
How do you do?
