Lyclenel beamed with joy but he hid his emotions behind his hands. He quickly shook his head and led Kara and Silfi towards the room that was quickly swarming with thickening air. Katya rushed out of the room and went towards her mother, Silfi.

“Mama, She’s getting worse! This is nothing like I’ve ever seen before. H-Her skin is...is turning into scales, and I don’t know why but these random white roses keep on appearing around her...DEAR HEAVENS! Mother, why is she with you? Are you trying to make things worse..?!

“Katya Berthogamul! Move out of the blasted way!”

Katya instantly moved out of the way as her mother swung open the door. Walking through the doors, the group was instantly blasted by a sense of thick air. Lyclenel was the only one not affected by whatever the hell was causing the air to become so thick. Kara made her way towards Kein, seeing the state she was in brought a pain towards her chest. She gently placed her left hand onto Kein’s right arm. Kara winced a little from the lack of oxygen before reciting an enchantment her mother once taught her before she passed away.

“Etu su ni han, coie sion la fime…Suin la tine bei fe me le sin” (Bring forth the light, set her soul free...bring me into her mind so I can help thee)

Kein’s eyes opened as a white light emerged from them. Kara’s eyes became lifeless as her figure fell beside Kein’s. Silfi watched in fear as she knew what Kara had done.

“Katya, bring me the bottle and make sure you keep Lyclenel out of this room.”

Lyclenel looked up at Silfi and shook his head. He wasn’t going to leave his mothers behind, but he didn’t really have a choice as Katya just picked him up and carried him out of the room, sealing the door shut. Silfi exhaled deeply as she summoned a healer's circle around the two females. She then shifted into her true form, an angel. Her uptight brownish-grey bun was cascaded down towards her waist while her eyes turned to a shimmery blue. A bright yellow halo appeared over her as her beautiful pale white wings wrapped around her body. 

“Godspeed m’lady...Godspeed…”

Silfi summoned her angelic harp as she began to play a soothing tune. She opened her mouth and suddenly, her voice spilled out. Despite her Russian accent Silfi’s voice was all angelic. 

“As the earth...pulls down to the sea…

There lies two little girls waiting for thee…

As they hold hands and wait for the stars…

Only for them to travel so far…

Each little girl is blessed with a gift…

Casted away or thrown into the abyss…

Each little girl was able to grow strong…

From the hands of mothers and lovers of their own…

So...

As the earth pulls down to the sea…

Rest on…

Dream on…

And save thee…

So as the sun rises up from the ground…

Both little girls…

Will be safe and sound…”

Silfi’s song came to an end as she rested her body against the rocking chair that was just sitting in the corner of Kein’s room.

“Godspeed…”

Meanwhile in Kein’s mind…

Kara was finally able to link her mind with Kein’s. She expected to see some form of color in Kein’s mind but there was nothing but darkness. Kara began to walk around in search from some form of light but all that was there was a strong breeze and thickening air.

‘’Who dares enter here without my permission…”

Kara froze as she heard a deep threatening voice. She turned around and came face to face with the whole reason her and Kein weren’t married sooner. The two huge pairs of red eyes. No pupil or anything, just red.

Kara stared up at the pair of eyes and shook a little before standing up proudly.

“I-I am Kara G-Grap-No...I’m Kara Blouss! Wife and Lover of Kein Blouss-”

“Kein Blouss has no wife nor will she ever live in joy to see one...You better leave this mind and never return...Kara Grapp…”

Kara shook off the feeling of uneasiness as she walked towards the pair of red eyes. The eyes narrowed  itself as it watched Kara with anticipation to see what she was going to do next. Kara was tired of everyone and everything preventing her from spending time with her other half. She inhaled deeply before clutching her chest, she summoned her vines as she looked directed into the eyes, replicating the glare that Kein always gave. The eyes darkened as Kara replicated everything Kein used to do.

“You have some nerve coming in here and pretending to be my holder...I’ll give you credit for that but one thing I will not tolerate is some stuck up little ‘duchess’ telling me that she is my holder’s lover...now LEAVE!”

The eyes grew bigger as the eyes soon belonged towards a figure, a dragon to be more exact, but this dragon was surrounded with white and black scales with roses dripping in black ink going across its scales.

“I am Kara Blouss! I AM Kein’s lover and I am her wife! I came here to get her back.”

The dragon laughed before raising its paw, showing Kein, her child self, laying on the ground. The dragon made a movement with its paw as it picked up Kein and stood her up. Kara slowly walked over towards Kein but came to a halt when she noticed her eyes. Kein’s eyes were lifeless. Kein then looked over towards the dragon while pointing towards Kara.

“Mommy...who's that?”

Kara stared up at the dragon before looking down at Kein.

“Mommy? K-Kein isn’t your mother...dead…”

Kein snapped her head towards Kara before laughing, tears streaming down her face.

“N-No...Mommy is right here with me...She’s not dead!”

“K-Kein….listen to me….she’s dead...that is nothing but a dragon...a mere..-”

“Monster?”

“W-What?! No! You’re not her mother! Kein’s mother died! My father told me that she died while giving birth to Kein!”

“You idiotic child...my human form may have died that day but I never did...I can never die as long as I have Kein...I’m the reason why she is who she is today! It’s all because of me that she is still alive and it’s because of me that she has been able to live an amazing life until you fucking came out of nowhere and RUINED EVERYTHING! MY DAUGHTER WAS NEVER MEANT TO LOVE! CAUSE ALL LOVE DOES IS HURT YOU IN THE END!”

Kara’s eyes widened as she felt her anger spread throughout her body and her vines.

“Y-You!”

“Me? What about me?”

Kara’s eyes darkened as her hair suddenly grew back towards its previous length.

“YOU BITCH!”
