Will Meredith marry a monster that is the size of a house? (although I know at least half of you who were up to this episode like "wow Meredith, don't marry this random guy you just met" suddenly arched your eyebrows and were like "well, actually...")
Djali's secret form! Which can fill the space a little bit like a gas when he's not using it. So it can float either on the ceiling, or filling up dark corners, or hanging outside of open doorways. Just as long as a window or some sort of exit is open, Djali can coexist perfectly in his smaller form. But if you did cram him in a very small room, the door will blow off of its hinges and there will be hair freakin everywhere.
PS, Originally I gave him 6 legs and it was too annoying so I did delete some legs to give him that graceful borzoi appearance. Not like I can ever fit all of Djali into a panel anyway if Meredith is also in scene.
When a human falls into a cryptic world of monsters, she marries a local shapeshifter that very same day. She is trying to find her way back home in one piece. But who is this man who so quickly came to her rescue? What is under all of his shifting layers?
The world of chiaroscuro is full of mysteries, from the graveyard from out of time, the grave keeper who found a human in a spot no human has walked in 400 years, to the ghosts that haunt their dreams.
This is a mysterious fantasy/romance/isekai about deciphering lost histories, fallen hearts, and forgotten recipes.
