I mean it can't be that hard to be married, right? It can't be that difficult, you just sign a few papers and you're good! The rest is SO easy!
Also, just want to give a big thank you to everyone who donated during inksgiving last week--not everyone can see my wall where I can post these sort of things since the wall is not available on the phone. So, I'll put it here in the author comments instead. I didn't advertise inksgiving this year because I couldn't do anything for it really because of time constraints (mostly I could only just donate to others, my art time was spent catching up on the production of the comic itself). So thanks for remembering me anyway and donating out of the kindness of your hearts.
You guys are so wonderful for supporting this little comic with your tips, your comments, your likes, and when you recommend it around internet town. I truly do appreciate all of that engagement because, typically, what I make gets pretty soundly ignored by the algorithm gods. So, while this comic is still very small in larger webcomic terms, it's exceeded my original expectations and been a fun project for me and so I'm glad you've liked it, too.
When a human falls into a cryptic world of monsters, she marries a local shapeshifter that very same day. She is trying to find her way back home in one piece. But who is this man who so quickly came to her rescue? What is under all of his shifting layers?
The world of chiaroscuro is full of mysteries, from the graveyard from out of time, the grave keeper who found a human in a spot no human has walked in 400 years, to the ghosts that haunt their dreams.
This is a mysterious fantasy/romance/isekai about deciphering lost histories, fallen hearts, and forgotten recipes.
