In this cool issue of Jeff & Taylor: Jeff and Taylor meet a depressed teenager named “Bloo”. She’s a young punk obsessed with the color blue due to her hard luck in life. Blue room, blue hair, blue clothes, blue-themed music—you name it! Along with their friend, Cassidy, the boys help poor Bloo realize that the world is a wonderful, colorful place, and pull her out of her depressing rut. However, it may be a challenge, because Bloo has trust issues.
Cassidy's such a mood in the last panel! XD sdsfghd
On a side note, I love how Bloo's makeover is handled in this version. While I found J & T giving her a makeover in the original version to be uber-sweet, I like how this version makes it Bloo's own decision, as I feel it leaves a bit more of an impact IMO.
