Despite Chiaroscuro's isolation from the human species, we've had a few human languages up till now. Italian was on the gate as well. How do they know that? Mysteries.
Also, Mamma Orso can get a little bit spicy. Honestly every monster we meet from here on out is very cute...but can be...quite spicy if they get tilted. Kind of a problem.
Thanks for being patient with these, because of the scale of them, sometimes I just...run out of time? So I just post it anyway? (like just don't look at that one panel where I stuck a bunch of plants in a corner and was like "this is fine") but as I always say, this will be fixed in the HD remake.
And, question of the day -- you ever seen an IRL wild bear? When I visited Yosemite as a kid there were wilds bears and cubs just everywhere. Quite beautiful, but also kept you on the trail path because you never wanted to accidentally walk into one.
When a human falls into a cryptic world of monsters, she marries a local shapeshifter that very same day. She is trying to find her way back home in one piece. But who is this man who so quickly came to her rescue? What is under all of his shifting layers?
The world of chiaroscuro is full of mysteries, from the graveyard from out of time, the grave keeper who found a human in a spot no human has walked in 400 years, to the ghosts that haunt their dreams.
This is a mysterious fantasy/romance/isekai about deciphering lost histories, fallen hearts, and forgotten recipes.
