Digital games often come with a team effort of tens or hundreds (even thousands) of game creators. 🧑🤝🧑 And how they tend to communicate with each other tends to influence making games: the culture of game making. 💡
Many Korean game expats that I met here in Finland described that Finnish game studios tend to have consensus-oriented culture: talk, discuss, and negotiate until *everyone* is agreed, no matter how long it takes. 😮 In contrast to Korean game companies, where game creators prefer making quick decisions.⏰
What do you think? 💭 Do you think game-making tends to be different from culture to culture, company to company, and country to country? 🌎
