"We have to help the dragon!" shouted Hiru, jumping over the roots.
"Awesome idea, Hiru!" Shokai clapped her hands. "How do you want to help this big reptile, hm?"
"We have to move them" asked Hiru, staring at his friends. "Please, we can't leave them like this."
"Do you seriously think that we can do it?" asked Naori.
"Come, we have to try" Sasaki smiled radiantly. "Maybe we're gonna be friends with them?"
"But it's a big creature!" Shokai waved her hands. "How do you want to do it?!"
"Excuse me?" Miyaku raised her hand shyly.
Everyone looked at her curiously.
"Why don't we wake them up? In human form, they will be easier to move."
"After all, someone thinks" Shokai sighed deeply.
"My nixie is so smart" Sasaki embraced Miyaku and fluffed her hair, at which the girl chuckled.
Hiru walked to the dragon and he put his hands on their snout.
"Little dragon?" he said fondly. "Are you alive, little dragon? I mean, you're alive, because I can see that you're breathing. Little dragon? You have to wake up or we won't move you. Little dragon?"
"It won't work, Hiru" said Shokai, but at that moment the dragon groaned and moved restlessly.
"Hiru, watch out" Naori warned him, keeping his spear ready.
In fact, they haven't known, if their new friend won't eat them...
The dragon opened their eyes and looked at friends with a pained sight.
"Wow, you have beautiful eyes" said Sasaki, looking at dragon's eyes.
The right one was green, the left one was golden.
"Can you stand up?" asked Hiru.
"No" said dragon with a voice so low that Sasaki and Naori looked at each other.
They had low, deep voices too, but dragon's voice was even deeper!
"Probably only Fu-san has deeper voice" Sasaki said to Naori. "You know, this warden, who..."
"I know" Naori interrupted.
"But even my papa..."
"Hush" Naori silenced him by pulling the hood over his head.
"But maybe you could take your human form" said Hiru, ignoring his friends with their silly priorities.
"Maybe..." whispered the dragon. "Stand back."
Hiru obeyed the dragon and luminous spiral circles appeared around him. After a while, in the place of the dragon stood a slim, fairly short man with a girlish beauty and long blonde hair reaching the middle of his back.
"I didn't expect that" said Sasaki. "Are you sure that he's not a girl?"
"It was you who was surprised by his voice" mumbled Naori, walking to a dragon, because he wanted to pick him up, but Hiru was the first to do it.
"Let me prove you, pixies are at least strong" said Hiru. "Hey, little dragon, just don't faint, huh? Because you'll lose your human form and you'll crush me."
"I'll try" said the dragon with weak voice, clenching his claws on Hiru's shirt.
It hurt, but the pixie didn't show it.
"By the way, what's your name?" asked Sasaki, when they were going through the forest, trying to find some cave to hide.
"Sadori" replied the dragon.
"Pretty" said Miyaku.
"Don't shower him with questions. He'll lose energy" scolded them Shokai.
"We just want to keep him awake" explained Sasaki.
"Oh, right" Shokai sighed.
"I think that this cave will be good" Naori pointed on a cave in front of them. "I think that we're on the border between Midomori and Ginyama."
"We've been here since the beginning" whispered the dragon, when Hiru put him on the ground. "I'm a dragon. What do you think I was doing in Midomori?"
"Hunting maybe..." said Miyaku.
"Right" Sadori took off his human form and curled up like a cat. "I'm gonna get over this. I just need to rest."
"And you'll eat us later?" asked Shokai.
Naori smacked her.
"...I don't eat people" mumbled Sadori, visibly angry. "If I would want to, you'd be dead now."
"She didn't want to, she's just a coward" said Hiru.
"I'm not!"
"Yes, you are!"
"And he's healing himself" Sasaki interrupted their quarell and pointed on Sadori's wound. "Look."
"He's a light dragon. They can do that" Naori shrugged.
"Unless they get hit too much and won't have time to rest" Sadori noted. "If you hadn't taken me from there and someone had attacked me, I would have died probably."
