Yes, classic landlord. "I know you just lost all your life savings but that doesn't have anything to do with me, so I need rent that you dont have when its due." Smh
Edit: The amount of ppl trying to defend landlords like I cursed them to some horrible death isn't even surprising. Just remember that a lot of them are taking advantage of those in poverty by holding housing (something that is a necessity and should be available to everyone) hostage by buying up all the land and buildings that could have gone to a family that needed it.
If you know a landlord that isn't a complete turd then good on you. How about you go advertise for them so someone can get away from a bad one instead of going "NoT ALl LaNdlORds ArE BaD." Especially when you know how evil they can be. Little tib bit of information, they actively look for ways to keep ppls security deposits and/or kick the tenant out when they've done nothing wrong, enter and search the place when the tenant is gone, steal materials and sometimes even cash from the property and the list goes on.😋
Edit edit: Some of y'all are just proving my point. Got anything bad to say or any kind of criticism, EVEN IF IT DOESN'T PERTAIN TO YOU OR THE LANDLORDS YOU KNOW, I and everyone else saying the same can just go be homeless. Imagine is all of society had this kind of take on criticism that you guys have. I'm tired. Go take your insults and low level reading comprehension and hurl it at the wall.
