Not gonna lie to you, I really don't like Patrat. Its like a Bidoof and Geodude thing, I just can't use them so this is my way of telling the story of how I boxed them with the added storytelling of having Katsuo not like them either. Plus think about it, Team Plasma uses primarily Patrat and Leopard so its natural that they're not well liked.
