They couldn't move, paralyzed as they were face to face with their greatest fear. A few moments later, they were tied up and thrown into the water. drowning as they struggled to break free from the rope. Holding their breath for as long as possible, they couldn't and inhaled water. Starting to suffocate and breath in more water as they panicked. They fell unconscious, and it faded to black...

I woke up in a state of panic, sitting up quickly as I took a deep breath feeling like I hadn't breathed for years. I guess I woke up my roommate since he ran to my room opening the door quickly. "Are you okay!? What happened!" He yelled as he stood in the doorway. I rubbed my eyes as I looked at him. "I-I'm fine.. just had a nightmare, I'm okay don't worry." I said as he sighed in relief and walked over hugging me.
"I got worried, you idiot I thought you got hurt. We worry for each other, you know I worry for you a lot because of your mental problems." He was saying till he gasped a bit. "You know what always helps you calm down?" "Besides listening to my depressing music." "Erm, no. Tea! And some relaxing music from your playlist, with some drawing. How about it?" He chimed in as I sighed nodded "Sure, will you knock on my door though next time?" "Yes! You want your Root Chai Tea right?" "Correct." "Okay then, I'll knock when it's ready!" He said before leaving the room.
I smiled a bit as he looked at my nightstand and grabbed my phone. That's the only thing I could draw on really. I hope to get a tablet of some sort soon, so I have a bigger screen to draw on. I thought about my nightmare, staying quiet before drawing to draw. I drew myself falling first, I looked upside down in the drawing but that's how it's supposed to look. I sighed as I head to deal with the worst part. The shading and the background, this sucks. Welp, that's the deal with my drawings.
I was about to finish shading myself when I heard a knock, I looked at the door as I turned off my phone. "Come in." I said as my roommate walked inside. "I got your tea, here you go." He said as he walked over to me and handed the tea. I grabbed it and took a sip, humming a bit. "This tastes great, thank you." I said as he nodded and walked away closing the door behind him. I looked away as he faced the side of my bed going to get up.
I put my feet on the ground, they started to tremble. As if I had weak knees or ankles, which I don't. I looked outside my window to see if there were any nocturnal creatures out and about. Not many, only a few racoons, their glowing eyes wandering around as they went to our garbage. I didn't mind, other than those racoons I didn't see anything else, such a shame. The only other thing was the dark colours of the woods that surrounded my house, the dark blue sky, the shimmering stars, and the full moon.
I got up and walked out of the room, going downstairs to get some water boiling. No, not for more tea, I want some ramen, one of those noodle cups. Nick wouldn't mind, they're his noodles if he minds I don't care. I decided to walk outside, shivering a bit since it was kinda cold. I was only wearing a short-sleeve shirt and some shorts. Nothing on my feet as I walked outside. I looked around and walked over to a pathway, I forgot to mention there was a hill that leads to a cliff edge.

I heard the front door open and close, looks like Saber went outside again. Which is something I don't mind, they're probably going to the cliffs to sit and relax with nature. I heard the kettle whistle and ran downstairs to go turn off the stove, I saw the noodle cup sitting on the table. I didn't get mad, pouring the boiling water into the cup, then grabbed a fork. Waiting a few minutes before walking outside to the cliffs.
Yup, just as expected. Saber is sitting on the cliff humming to himself, one of those songs by Mounika I presume. "C'était un peu idiot, c'était un peu romance...Souvent tu répétais.." Saber's singing trailed off, so I presumed the song ended as the grass crunched beneath my shoes. "I didn't know you knew French." I said as he looked at me, then smiled as I handed him the noodle cup.
"You don't know a lot about me, Nick." He said before starting to eat the noodles. "What were you saying anyways?" I asked confused, I don't understand French. I know how the language sounds, but I don't understand it. "It was a little silly, it was a little romance, Often you repeated. That's what I said." Saber said, I fell silent.
I hate when he listens to songs that have something to do with not finding love. Or something that has to deal with being hopeless. I won't yell at him, because it's his choices. I left him alone after that while leaving I heard him start singing again. "Can't take back the love that I gave you, It's to the point where I love and I hate you.." Those were the last things I heard before his voice trailed off.
I walked back inside the house and sat down on the couch. I feel bad for him sometimes, I stayed quiet since I don't want to judge him. What time is it.. I check my phone. "It's 2:47 AM...holy crap." I mutter to myself before yawning, I need to go back asleep. I walk up to my room and lay down. The World fades into black and darkness as I fell asleep.

I sat up quickly again, the same damn nightmare. Oh, I fell asleep outside on the cliff, good thing I didn't fall off. I got up and looked at the empty noodle cup, it had some bitten off pieces at the top. I'm gonna guess some random animal. I better get inside, I got up and started running towards the house. I don't know why I ran, I just did. Once inside, I was panting, the cliff is about a 10 minute run back to the house. I looked at the time, oh wow. "4:02 AM." I said to myself.
I better get to sleep, before I stay up all night. I went back to my room and ran jumping on my bed again. Which, was actually just a mattress, a pillow, and a cover. Since I don't have a bedpost, I need to sleep now. I laid down, then...I blacked out.
