Inari’s mother, Reiko Tsukiko, had been a rather famous magical girl in Japan. Born and raised in Kyoto, Reiko had awakened as the magical girl Ember Dance. Ember Dance had been the leader of a group of magical girls who focused heavily on tradition and grace. Upon her retirement and marriage, she had been asked to move to the United States of America and start her family there in order to give the country protectors.
