Steven was trying.

“AAAAAAGGGGHHHH”

Succeeding was something he needed better luck at.

“WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS!?!?!?”

Steven placed his hand on his cousin’s back. Nora was crying. Her favorite ice cream, Cookie Lions, had gone out of business. It didn’t matter really, as he and Garnet had made a contingency plan for this and learned the recipe, so it wasn’t as if they personally were out. But Nora didn’t know this, they didn’t want her thinking about things like that.

Steven looked over at Lars and Sadie, the workers here, and whispered.

“I am so Sorry”

Lars replied back in normal tone of voice.

“No worries. Just, make sure she gets help, it’s kind of depressing to see her like this”

That set off a switch in Nora, and she ran from the store (as to not further depress Lars).

“Is she going home?”

Steven shook his head.

“We have Giant, Acid Spitting centipedes invading are house right now, so she isn’t going there”

Little did Steven know, he shouldn’t have put that much confidence in his cousin.
