I missed the birth of my daughter.

Becca gave birth this morning and is still with her parents. I was able to get a glimpse of her through the window. Davis looked happy to be a big brother. I heard her name.

Kayra. What a beautiful name.

I want to make this Universe safe for them. I want them to know there is more than just Holly’s Woods… this prison of a world.

The ship is ready. Tomorrow I will ask Becca once more if she is coming with me.
