Harajaku is a park famous for its gathering of cosplaying youths. When we went there, the only people in costume where two white tourists who looked very embarrassed.

lol, no son XD. harajuku is famous for being youth fashion area, not exactly cosplaying but more like urban fashion style like lolita, funk-goth, kogal gathering area, etc... etc... not cosplaying lol, try Akiba.
